中油二建吊装公司的竞争战略研究

【摘要】:当前,随着我们国家适当的放宽了融资、贷款等各项制度,各地民营的吊装公司如雨后春笋般纷纷成立,同时部分国营企业也加大了对吊装设备的投资,特别是对大吨位吊车的投资使得起重吊装行业有了激烈的竞争。中油二建吊装公司在这种状况下,面对外界的威胁和机遇,规避自身的劣势,把握自身的优势,形成有力的竞争战略是当务之急。 本文以战略管理理论为基础,采用SWOT分析方法,通过对吊装公司的内外部环境的分析和所在行业市场竞争状况分析,使用IFE和EFE矩阵对吊装公司面临的机遇和威胁、自身的优势和劣势进行了研究,综合考虑后利用QSPM矩阵得出了吊装公司下一步发展的竞争战略,并就公司竞争战略的实施和保障提出了建议。旨在为中油二建吊装公司寻求一种最佳的竞争方式。
[Abstract]:At present, with the appropriate relaxation of the financing, loan and other systems in our country, local private hoisting companies have sprung up one after another, and some state-owned enterprises have also increased their investment in hoisting equipment. Especially the investment in large-tonnage crane makes the hoisting industry have fierce competition. Under this condition, it is urgent for PetroChina to avoid its own disadvantages, grasp its own advantages and form a competitive strategy in the face of external threats and opportunities. Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper adopts SWOT analysis method, through the analysis of the internal and external environment of hoisting companies and the market competition situation of their industries, using IFE and EFE matrix to hoisting companies facing opportunities and threats. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the hoisting company are studied, and the competitive strategy of the hoisting company is obtained by using QSPM matrix, and some suggestions are put forward for the implementation and guarantee of the competitive strategy of the hoisting company. The aim is to seek a kind of best competitive way for CNPC II Construction and erection Company.
