华北油田公司培训体系改进研究

【摘要】:在充满竞争和挑战的全球化知识经济时代,人力资源成为企业的第一资源,人力资源优势成为企业的核心优势,,因此现代企业更加注重人力资源的开发。培训作为人力资源开发的重要工具之一,越来越受到企业的重视,甚至把它提高到战略的高度。培训已突破其原本的教育意义,成为企业提高员工素质、凝聚员工动力、提高生产效率的重要手段。发达国家尤其重视在培训方面的投入,其培训投入占国内生产总值的比重高达2.15%。有效的企业培训体系是企业培训的基础和保障,可以保证培训工作顺利进行,其重要性已经得到专家学者和企业家的共识,然而对于培训体系的概念、组成和构建方法并没有统一。 本文在国内外学者对企业培训体系研究的基础上,归纳总结了培训体系的概念,对其组成进行了系统研究,提出了以企业战略为导向构建有效培训体系的方法。并分析了华北油田公司培训现状和存在的问题,从强化战略导向、完善培训工作程序、优化培训资源体系、健全培训制度等方面对培训体系改进提出了具体意见,一方面对于华北油田公司培训体系的改进与完善有参考意义,另一方面对于大型国有企业构建和改进培训体系也具有十分重要的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In the era of global knowledge economy, which is full of competition and challenge, human resource becomes the first resource of enterprise, and human resource advantage becomes the core advantage of enterprise, so modern enterprises pay more attention to the development of human resource. As one of the important tools of human resource development, training is paid more and more attention by enterprises, and even raised to the height of strategy. Training has broken through its original educational significance, and has become an important means for enterprises to improve the quality of employees, agglomerate employees' motivation and improve production efficiency. Developed countries pay special attention to training investment, which accounts for 2.15% of GDP. An effective enterprise training system is the foundation and guarantee of enterprise training, which can ensure the smooth progress of the training work. Its importance has been recognized by experts and entrepreneurs. However, for the concept of training system, The composition and method of construction are not uniform. Based on the research of enterprise training system by scholars at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the concept of training system, makes a systematic study on its composition, and puts forward a method of constructing an effective training system guided by enterprise strategy. The paper also analyzes the present situation and problems of training in Huabei Oilfield Company, and puts forward some concrete suggestions on the improvement of training system from the aspects of strengthening the strategic orientation, perfecting the training working procedure, optimizing the training resource system, and perfecting the training system, etc. On the one hand, it has reference significance for improving and perfecting the training system of Huabei Oilfield Company, on the other hand, it has very important reference significance for large state-owned enterprises to construct and improve the training system.
