MG环境下HQAP公司财务战略的制定与实施

【摘要】:Management Game(以下简称MG),是美国卡内基梅隆大学创办的模拟企业运营的操作课程,通过多年的运营和改善,现在已经成为管理教育的一门优质的管理课程,这门课程以计算机和互联网技术为支撑,参与模拟系统的人模仿跨国公司的高层管理人员,共同虚拟运营产销一条龙的企业。为了围绕企业战略经营问题进行研究,特参与卡耐基梅隆大学的全球MG课题研讨。各模拟企业通过3年(每年四个季度)的经营与竞争,通过企业的整体战略、市场营销战略、生产战略、财务管理战略等方面的制定、执行与调整,使参与者进一步将理论知识应用到实践,以培养和提升参与者的高层管理能力。HQAP公司是MG项目中模拟经营的一家公司,由东北大学2014届MBA学员创办的,公司管理团队共由四名MBA学员组成,分别扮演四个角色,CEO、CFO、CMO和COO,分别负责公司的总体战略方向的把控、市场营销战略的制定与实施、生产活动制定和管理以及财务战略的制定及执行。笔者在该项目中担任HQAP公司的财务总监。本文就是基于HQAP公司三年财务管理实践的基础上完成的。文章从财务管理战略理论概述入手,分别描述企业概况,所处财务环境分析,进而探讨如何对企业财务战略进行选择、实施和调整,并对未来三年的财务战略做相应规划。
[Abstract]:Management name (hereinafter referred to as MGN) is an operating course of simulated business operation established by Carnegie Mellon University in the United States. After years of operation and improvement, it has become a high-quality management course in management education. This course is supported by computer and Internet technology. People who participate in the simulation system mimic the senior management of multinational companies and work together in virtual operation of one-stop production and marketing enterprises. In order to study the strategic management of enterprises, we participated in the global MG research of Carnegie Mellon University. Through three years (four quarters per year) of management and competition, through the overall strategy of the enterprise, marketing strategy, production strategy, financial management strategy and other aspects of the formulation, implementation and adjustment, To enable participants to further apply theoretical knowledge to practice in order to develop and enhance participants' senior management capabilities. HQAP is a simulated operating company in the MG project, which was founded by MBA students of Northeast University in 2014. The company's management team is composed of four MBA students, who play four roles, respectively, in charge of the overall strategic direction of the company and the formulation and implementation of the marketing strategy. Development and management of production activities and formulation and implementation of financial strategy. The author is the financial director of HQAP Company in this project. This article is based on the HQAP company's three-year financial management practice on the basis of the completion. Starting with the summary of the theory of financial management strategy, this paper describes the general situation of the enterprise, analyzes the financial environment, and then discusses how to select, implement and adjust the financial strategy of the enterprise, and make a corresponding plan for the financial strategy in the next three years.
