西部钻探工程有限公司在中亚地区的跨国经营战略研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪之后,世界新的石油格局逐渐成型,石油资本的全球化、石油生产的国际化、石油经济的联动化正在逐渐加深。在改革开放之后,尤其是加入WTO之后,政府逐步放开了国内钻探市场,由于国外钻探承包商的进驻,更加剧了国内的钻探市场。我国的钻探公司迫切地需要实行走出去战略,充分地利用国内外两种资源、国内外两个市场,加快国际化经营的步伐,,几块开发国际市场,在全球竞争中生存发展下去。这是国家可持续发展的诉求,也是我国钻探行业发展的必然要求,可以缓解甚至解决我国石油钻探行业的矛盾,也是我国钻探行业参加国际竞争的源动力。 本文根据现有的跨国经营研究理论,针对西部钻探工程有限公司在中亚地区跨国经营的现状,分析西部钻探工程有限公司在中亚面临的市场环境以及开展跨国经营的优劣势和机会、威胁因素,根据西部钻探工程有限公司的战略目标提出西部钻探工程有限公司开展跨国经营时的市场定位、进入模式、在中亚的战略选择,最后指出西部钻探工程有限公司在中亚跨国经营时存在的缺陷并对应采取的配套改革措施提出了方案。 本文以西部钻探工程有限公司为研究对象,对其跨国经营战略进行了较深入的研究和探讨。本论文共分六部分。第一部分介绍选题意义及国内外研究现状和研究方法、创新点等;第二部分回顾跨国公司对外投资的理论基础;第三部分在介绍西部钻探工程有限公司跨国经营现状的基础上对其进行SWOT分析;第四部分分析了西部钻探工程有限公司在中亚地区的跨国经营战略定位和选择;第五部分说明西部钻探工程有限公司海外项目的存在的问题,提出西部钻探工程有限公司下一步应采取的配套改革措施;第六部分结论。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, the new petroleum pattern of the world is gradually formed, the globalization of petroleum capital, the internationalization of petroleum production and the linkage of petroleum economy are gradually deepening. After the reform and opening up, especially after China's entry into WTO, the government has gradually opened up the domestic drilling market, which is aggravated by the presence of foreign drilling contractors. Our drilling companies urgently need to carry out the strategy of going out, make full use of two kinds of resources at home and abroad, two markets at home and abroad, speed up the pace of international management, develop several international markets, and survive and develop in the global competition. This is the demand of national sustainable development and the inevitable requirement of the development of China's drilling industry. It can alleviate or even solve the contradiction of China's oil drilling industry, and is also the source of driving force for China's drilling industry to participate in international competition. According to the existing theory of transnational management, this paper aims at the present situation of western drilling engineering co., Ltd.'s transnational operation in central Asia This paper analyzes the market environment faced by Western drilling Engineering Co., Ltd in Central Asia, the advantages, disadvantages and opportunities of transnational operation, and the threat factors. According to the strategic objectives of the Western drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., this paper puts forward the market orientation, entry mode, and strategic choice in Central Asia of the Western drilling Engineering Co., Ltd when it carries out transnational operations. Finally, the defects of Western drilling Engineering Co., Ltd in the transnational operation of Central Asia are pointed out and the corresponding reform measures are put forward. In this paper, the western drilling engineering co., Ltd is taken as the research object, and its transnational management strategy is deeply studied and discussed. This thesis is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the significance of the topic, the status quo and research methods at home and abroad, innovation points, etc. The second part reviews the theoretical basis of transnational corporations' foreign investment. The third part makes SWOT analysis on the basis of introducing the status quo of transnational operation of Western drilling Engineering Co. Ltd. The fourth part analyzes the strategic orientation and choice of transnational operation of Western drilling Engineering Co. Ltd in Central Asia. The fifth part explains the existing problems of the overseas projects of Western drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., and puts forward the necessary reform measures to be adopted in the next step of the Western drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. The sixth part is the conclusion.
