景县配电网自动化建设项目综合评价研究

【摘要】:配网自动化是实施智能化配电网的重要手段,是提高配电网供电可靠性的必然需要,是电力系统现代化发展的必然趋势。对配网自动化项目实施情况进行科学的综合评价,有利于衡量项目的整体施工情况,,并能为后续工程项目实施提供决策依据。景县配网自动化项目是为提高供电可靠性,优化配电网运行方式,改善供电质量,提高设备利用率,提高能源的利用效率,达到经济运行的目的。 本文在阅读相关文献的基础上,提出配网自动化项目综合评价的整体研究思路。本文首先介绍论文的研究背景及意义,然后介绍配电网自动化的基本情况,包括配电网涵义及其特点,以及配电网自动化系统的含义及其模型,根据配电网自动化建设原则,阐述配电网自动化与智能电网的关系;接着对景县的配电网自动化建设进行了概述,主要包括景县城网的现状和景县配电网自动化建设的必要性;统筹考虑景县配网自动化项目的经济效益、技术效益和社会综合效益等问题,据此建立景县配网自动化建设项目评价指标体系,最后应用模糊层次分析法对景县的配网自动化建设项目进行综合评价研究。结果显示项目综合效益很好,可以缓解供电压力,减少故障次数,缩短事故范围,运行人员分析、诊断、报告事故原因的压力,能显著提高运行管理能力。
[Abstract]:Distribution automation is an important means to implement intelligent distribution network, is an inevitable need to improve the reliability of distribution network power supply, is the inevitable trend of power system modernization development. A scientific and comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of distribution network automation project is helpful to measure the overall construction situation of the project and to provide a decision basis for the implementation of the subsequent project. The project of distribution automation in Jingxian County is to improve the reliability of power supply, optimize the operation mode of distribution network, improve the quality of power supply, improve the utilization ratio of equipment, improve the efficiency of energy utilization, and achieve the purpose of economic operation. On the basis of reading relevant documents, this paper puts forward the overall research idea of comprehensive evaluation of distribution network automation project. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the paper, then introduces the basic situation of distribution network automation, including the meaning and characteristics of distribution network, as well as the meaning and model of distribution network automation system, according to the principles of distribution network automation construction. The relationship between distribution network automation and smart grid is expounded, and then the construction of distribution network automation in Jingxian is summarized, including the present situation of Jingxian city network and the necessity of Jingxian distribution automation construction. Considering the economic benefit, technical benefit and social comprehensive benefit of distribution automation project in Jingxian as a whole, the evaluation index system of distribution automation project in Jingxian is established. Finally, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of distribution automation projects in Jingxian County. The results show that the comprehensive benefit of the project is very good, which can relieve the pressure of power supply, reduce the number of failures, shorten the range of accidents, analyze, diagnose and report the causes of accidents, and improve the ability of operation management.
