矿业权设置方案合规性审查中常见问题及分析

【摘要】：自2011年4月,国土资源部全面实行矿业权设置方案制度以来,在矿业权布局、矿业权投放调控方面起到了积极的作用。但是在矿业权设置方案合规性审查中,仍有许多技术性问题存在。本文总结了矿业权设置方案合规性审查中的一些常见的问题并进行了分析,提出解决方式。
[Abstract]:Since April 2011, the Ministry of Land and Resources has fully implemented the system of mining rights setting scheme, which has played an active role in the distribution of mining rights and the regulation and control of mining rights. However, there are still many technical problems in the examination of the compliance of mining right setting scheme. This paper summarizes some common problems in the examination of the compliance of mining right setting scheme, analyzes them and puts forward some solutions.
