烟草商业物流费用定额管理影响因素系统动力学仿真分析

【摘要】：针对烟草商业企业物流费用定额管理中存在的资源浪费或冗余、管理效果欠佳等问题,基于系统动力学原理研究了各影响因素及其投入增加率对定额管理的影响程度,分析了各影响因素与物流费用定额管理的相关性,建立了物流费用定额管理关键影响因素系统动力学模型,并进行了影响因素对物流费用定额管理的模拟仿真。仿真结果表明:①定额指标体系实用性对费用定额管理的影响率最大,而定额管理文化水平对其影响率最小。②可实现烟草商业企业物流费用定额管理趋势预测。利用系统动力学模型有助于烟草商业企业优化资源配置,进而达到控制物流费用的目的。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of waste or redundancy of resources and poor effect of management in the quota management of logistics expenses in tobacco commercial enterprises, based on the principle of system dynamics, this paper studies the influence of various factors and the increase rate of input on quota management. This paper analyzes the correlation between each influencing factor and the logistics cost quota management, establishes the system dynamics model of the key influencing factor of logistics cost quota management, and carries on the simulation of the influence factor to the logistics cost quota management. The simulation results show that the practicability of the quota index system of 1 / 1 has the greatest influence on the cost quota management, and the trend of logistics cost quota management of tobacco commercial enterprises can be predicted by the minimum impact rate of the cultural level of quota management. The use of system dynamics model can help tobacco commercial enterprises to optimize resource allocation and achieve the purpose of controlling logistics costs.
