FS公司的生产运营流程管理的研究

【摘要】:流程管理自泰勒的科学管理出现以后开始萌芽,经过近百年的演进,演变成一种新的管理思想和技术。流程管理适应于经济全球化及日益激烈的市场竞争,并在企业界得到普遍应用,流程管理逐渐取代传统的“科层制”的职能管理,开始被越来越多的企业所重视。流程管理是企业生存发展的内在需求,流程管理的体系构建和完善是企业管理领域的研究和应用的热点之一。 随着改革开发的不断深入,中国出现了大批的非标设备制造企业以满足不同类型客户的特殊要求。与批量生产企业相比,非标设备制造企业具有单件、小批量、定制化、设计制造周期长等特点,对流程化管理和效率提出了更高的要求。 FS公司为一家非标设备制造企业,本文笔者所在FS公司为背景,从非标制造公司的特点出发,试图探讨并寻求一种适合于非标流程管理的通用模型,以解决此类企业管理中出现的缺乏流程和随意性强、经验性为主的问题,提高非标设备制造企业的流程化、规范化程度,提高运营绩效水平。 首先,本文在对流程管理的相关文献和理论进行总结的基础上,以FS公司为背景研究了FS公司生产经营主要流程和存在的问题。在此基础上,提出FS公司生产运营流程化管理的原则,并构建了相应的管理体系和内容,并从企业战略高度的角度出发,提出非标设备制造企业流程管理建设的路径和策略以及具体的措施。对相关企业流程化管理和建设具有较重要的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:After the emergence of Taylor's scientific management, process management has evolved into a new management idea and technology after nearly a hundred years of evolution. Process management is adapted to economic globalization and increasingly fierce market competition, and is widely used in the business community. Process management is gradually replacing the traditional "bureaucratic system" management. More and more enterprises pay attention to it. Process management is the internal demand of enterprise survival and development. The construction and improvement of process management system is one of the hot spots in the research and application of enterprise management.
With the deepening of the reform and development, a large number of non standard equipment manufacturing enterprises have appeared to meet the special requirements of different types of customers. Compared with the batch production enterprises, the non standard equipment manufacturing enterprises have the characteristics of single piece, small batch, customization, long design and manufacturing cycle and so on, and put forward higher requirements for the management and efficiency of the convective process.
FS company is a non standard equipment manufacturing enterprise. In this paper, the author of this article is in the background of FS company. Starting from the characteristics of non standard manufacturing company, this paper tries to explore and seek a general model suitable for non standard process management to solve the problem of lack of flow and randomness and empiricism in the management of such enterprises, and improve the non standard equipment system. The process and standardization of manufacturing enterprises should be improved and operational performance level improved.
First, on the basis of summarizing the relevant literature and theory of process management, this paper studies the main process and existing problems of production and operation of FS company with FS company as the background. On this basis, it puts forward the principle of FS company's production and operation process management, and constructs the corresponding management system and content, and from the strategic height of the enterprise. From the point of view, the path and strategy of the process management of non standard equipment manufacturing enterprises and the concrete measures are put forward, which have a more important reference for the management and construction of the related enterprises.
