我国汽车行业“市场换技术”战略分析

【摘要】:上世纪90年代初,为了弥补我国汽车行业技术基础薄弱、技术设备差等问题,政府采取了“市场换技术”战略。然而在过去的20多年里,我国汽车企业只是被动地直接进口跨国公司的整车或者组装生产成熟车型,并没有对先进技术进行消化、吸收、改进和创新。在自主研发方面缺乏应有的主动性,长期以来在合作过程中缺乏话语权并处于被动地位。加之我国政府对国外企业实施宽松战略和对国外企业违规的不作为等,导致我国大部分汽车市场份额被外资企业和跨国公司所占据,国内企业更沦为了外资企业的“组装车间”。本文在对我国汽车行业“市场换技术”战略及相关文献研究的基础上,收集了近年来我国汽车行业技术、专利和市场的相关数据,采用SCP模型对“市场换技术”战略实施后我国汽车行业的发展进行了综合分析。主要内容如下: 1.结合“市场换技术”战略提出的背景及理论依据,阐述了“市场换技术”战略的概念并分析了其特点。 2.通过对我国汽车行业技术引进的方式和情况、专利的获取、市场出让份额三方面数据的采集及分析,得出我国“市场换技术”战略并没有达到预期这一结论。 3.建立了基于我国汽车行业市场结构、市场行为、市场绩效的SCP模型,叙述了该模型的应用原理,并采用该模型对我国汽车行业“市场换技术”战略进行了进一步分析。 4.结合我国汽车行业“市场换技术”战略的分析结果,揭示了该战略存在的问题,并分别从政府、行业协会、汽车企业三个层面提出了完善“市场换技术”战略和推动我国汽车企业发展的策略和建议。 论文旨在采用SCP模型,全方位分析我国汽车行业市场,从市场集中度的角度解析我国汽车行业“市场换技术”战略的利弊。进一步挖掘政府、行业协会、汽车企业的潜在优化空间,,为我国汽车行业的良好发展提供一定的建议。
[Abstract]:In the early 1990s, the government adopted the strategy of "market for technology" in order to make up for the problems of weak technical foundation and poor technical equipment in China's automobile industry. However, in the past 20 years, the automobile enterprises of our country have only passively and directly imported the whole vehicle of multinational corporations or assembled and produced mature models without digesting, absorbing, improving and innovating the advanced technology. Lack of initiative in independent R & D, lack of voice and passive position in the process of cooperation for a long time. In addition, the Chinese government has implemented a loose strategy for foreign enterprises and failed to act in violation of regulations by foreign enterprises. As a result, most of China's auto market share has been occupied by foreign-funded enterprises and multinational corporations. Domestic enterprises have become the "assembly workshop" of foreign-funded enterprises. On the basis of the research on the strategy of "market for technology" and related documents, this paper collects the relevant data of technology, patent and market of automobile industry in China in recent years. The SCP model is used to analyze the development of China's automobile industry after the implementation of the "market for technology" strategy. The main contents are as follows: 1. Combined with the background and theoretical basis of the strategy of "market for technology", this paper expounds the concept of "market for technology" and analyzes its characteristics. Through the collection and analysis of the methods and conditions of technology introduction, the acquisition of patents and the market share of auto industry in China, it is concluded that the strategy of "market exchange technology" in our country has not reached the expected conclusion. 3. The SCP model based on the market structure, market behavior and market performance of automobile industry in China is established. The application principle of the model is described, and the strategy of "market exchange technology" is further analyzed with the model. 4. Combined with the analysis results of the "market for technology" strategy in China's automobile industry, this paper reveals the problems existing in the strategy, and separately from the government, the industry association, This paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions to improve the strategy of "market for technology" and promote the development of Chinese automobile enterprises in three aspects. The purpose of this paper is to adopt SCP model to analyze the market of China's automobile industry in all directions. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the strategy of "market for technology" in China's automobile industry from the point of view of market concentration. Further excavate the potential optimization space of government, industry association and automobile enterprise, and provide some suggestions for the good development of automobile industry in our country.
