临矿集团“以煤为基多元经营”发展战略研究

【摘要】：2012年一季度以来，一向供不应求的煤炭出现滞销现象，国内煤炭市场价格“跳水式”下滑，中小煤炭企业大面积亏损，造成目前市场供给宽松的因素主要有五个：世界经济发展低迷和蔓延的影响，国内煤炭需求增幅下降，国家电网调控能力增强，煤炭进口总量增加以及过热的煤炭投资。传统煤企面对严峻市场形势，如何调整制定企业发展战略，对保障企业健康持续发展，具有重要的现实意义。本文在对临矿集团各产业板块现状及发展趋势进行分析的基础上，运用SWOT分析法，，归纳概括了企业发展面临的优势、劣势、机会、威胁，对战略选择和实施策略进行了研究，提出了临矿集团“以煤为基多元经营”的发展战略，确立了战略发展目标，即：通过1～2个五年规划时间的发展，形成以矿业为主、多点支撑的发展模式；至2015年使企业资产总额突破270亿元，销售收入突破240亿元，利税突破38亿元，企业综合实力进一步增强；煤炭板块利润贡献率由2012年的77.2%调整至48.7%,仍为企业主要支撑，非煤产业利润贡献率由22.8%提升至51.27%，企业产业结构更加合理，抗风险能力显著提升；机械制造、玻璃纤维、铁矿三大主保持良好发展势头，利润贡献率由2012年的6.4%，提升至38.5%，企业更具发展潜力、活力。本文在研究定位发展战略的基础上，根据企业特点，进一步研究制定了战略实施原则和“资本运营、科技兴企、管理创新、国际化运营、资源综合利用、企业文化建设、安全管理、人力资源建设”八个方面的发展保障措施。
[Abstract]:Since the first quarter of 2012, there has been a phenomenon of unsalable coal, which has always been in short supply. Domestic coal market prices have "plummeted" and small and medium-sized coal enterprises have lost a lot of money. There are five main factors that cause the current market supply to be loose: the influence of the world economic development downturn and spread, the decrease of domestic coal demand growth, the enhancement of the national power grid control ability, the increase of total coal import and the overheated coal investment. In the face of severe market situation, it is of great practical significance for traditional coal enterprises to adjust and formulate their development strategies to ensure their healthy and sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the present situation and development trend of various industry sectors in Linyang Mining Group, this paper summarizes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the development of enterprises by using SWOT analysis, and studies the strategic choice and implementation strategy. This paper puts forward the development strategy of Linshan Mining Group, which is based on coal and multiple management, and establishes the strategic development goal, that is, through the development of 1 ~ 2 five-year planning time, the development mode is mainly based on the mining industry and supported by many points; By 2015, the total assets of enterprises will exceed 27 billion yuan, sales revenue will exceed 24 billion yuan, profits and taxes will exceed 3.8 billion yuan, the comprehensive strength of enterprises will be further strengthened, and the profit contribution rate of the coal plate will be adjusted from 77.2% in 2012 to 48.7%, which is still the main support for enterprises. The profit contribution rate of the non-coal industry has increased from 22.8% to 51.27%, the industrial structure of the enterprise has become more reasonable, and the ability to resist risks has been significantly improved; the three major owners of machinery manufacturing, glass fiber and iron ore have maintained a good momentum of development. Profit contribution rate rose to 38.5% from 6.4% in 2012. On the basis of studying the strategy of orientation and development, and according to the characteristics of the enterprise, this paper further studies and formulates the principles of implementing the strategy and "capital operation, scientific and technological development, management innovation, international operation, comprehensive utilization of resources, construction of corporate culture," Safety management, human resources construction "eight aspects of development protection measures."
