B公司汽车燃油系统研发项目管理及风险研究

【摘要】：近年来汽车产品技术发展迅猛，市场竞争日益激烈，汽车产品品种丰富多样，推陈出新的速度也越来越快，这对企业的研发能力和管理水平提出了更高的要求。很多汽车产品企业都在产品开发项目中运用项目管理方法，用以缩短产品的开发周期，降低开发成本，以期提高产品竞争优势。 本文先概述了项目管理的基础理论和B公司汽车燃油系统研发项目的流程，然后在分析了目前B公司汽车燃油系统研发项目实际状况的基础上，，针对该类产品研发项目的特点，结合项目管理的理论，提出把项目管理理论和技术应用到汽车燃油系统产品研发项目管理当中。并以B公司的一个汽车燃油系统研发项目的具体实施过程为例，把项目管理中的组织管理、进度管理、成本管理、变更管理和风险管理等方法与其紧密结合，开展应用研究。 最后针对目前B公司汽车燃油系统研发项目实施管理过程中存在的技术难点，在项目的范围管理、沟通管理和项目经理的管理能力方面作了分析并提出了相应的建议。对B公司实施燃油系统研发项目管理提供了参考，并有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of automotive products technology, the increasingly fierce market competition, the variety of automotive products, the speed of innovation is also faster and faster, which put forward higher requirements for the R & D ability and management level of enterprises. Many automobile product enterprises use the project management method in the product development project to shorten the product development cycle and reduce the development cost in order to improve the competitive advantage of the product. This paper first summarizes the basic theory of project management and the flow of R & D project of automotive fuel system in B Company, then based on the analysis of the actual situation of R & D project of Automotive fuel system in Company B, aiming at the characteristics of this kind of product R & D project, Combined with the theory of project management, this paper puts forward the application of project management theory and technology to the R & D project management of automotive fuel system products. Taking an automobile fuel system R & D project of company B as an example, the methods of organization management, schedule management, cost management, change management and risk management are closely combined with the project management to carry out applied research. Finally, in view of the technical difficulties existing in the implementation and management of R & D project of automotive fuel system in Company B, this paper analyzes the scope management of the project, communication management and the management ability of the project manager, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions. It provides reference for B Company to implement R & D project management of fuel system, and has certain reference significance.
