基于物联网的食品物流平台的构建

【摘要】:目前,我国食品物流存在基础设施建设不足、资源利用率和信息化程度低、信息共享和实时监控困难、食品货损率和需求预测风险高等诸多问题,从而造成食品物流的供应能力与需求之间存在较大的缺口,食品质量得不到有效保证。寻找新的信息技术来对食品物流平台进行重构成为发展食品物流的当务之急。 物联网作为一种新兴的信息技术,它能够实现信息的交互共享和对物体的实时监控,深受企业的青睐。如果能将物联网成功地应用到食品物流平台的构建之中,那么将为解决当前食品物流平台存在的诸多问题提供最有效的方法。 本文正是针对该问题,在分析了国内外物联网及食品物流研究现状的基础上,详细阐述了物联网的特征、工作原理、关键技术和三层体系结构。然后根据食品物流的特点与要求对食品物流以及物流平台面临的困境进行了概括,指出当前食品物流平台所存在的问题。最后,结合物联网的优势对基于物联网的食品物流平台构建的必要性进行了阐述,在对平台各主体功能需求分析的基础上,提出了基于物联网三层体系结构的食品物流平台总体架构模型,并重点对食品物流各主体、食品物流各环节的构建进行了介绍,之后,从整体作用角度对该平台给食品“四流”带来的变革进行了说明,给出了关于该平台在实施应用过程中的一些建议。本文通过对基于物联网的食品物流平台进行总体架构,以期为食品行业进行物流平台的构建提供一个思路,为其它类似行业的信息化建设和运营管理优化提供一定的参考借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many problems in food logistics in our country, such as insufficient infrastructure construction, low utilization of resources and information, difficulty of information sharing and real-time monitoring, high risk of food damage rate and demand forecasting, etc. As a result, there is a big gap between the supply capacity and demand of food logistics, and the quality of food can not be effectively guaranteed. It is urgent to find new information technology to reconstruct food logistics platform. As a new information technology, the Internet of things (IOT) can realize the interactive sharing of information and the real-time monitoring of objects, so it is favored by enterprises. If the Internet of things can be successfully applied to the construction of food logistics platform, it will provide the most effective method to solve many problems existing in the current food logistics platform. In this paper, the characteristics, working principles, key technologies and three-tier architecture of the Internet of things (IOT) are described in detail on the basis of analyzing the current research situation of the Internet of things and food logistics at home and abroad. Then according to the characteristics and requirements of food logistics, this paper summarizes the plight of food logistics and logistics platform, and points out the problems existing in the current food logistics platform. Finally, combined with the advantages of the Internet of things, the necessity of constructing food logistics platform based on the Internet of things is expounded, and on the basis of the analysis of the functional requirements of each main body of the platform, This paper puts forward the overall framework model of food logistics platform based on the three-layer structure of the Internet of things, and introduces the construction of the main body and the links of food logistics. In this paper, the change of food "four flow" brought by the platform is explained from the angle of the whole function, and some suggestions on the application of the platform are given. Through the overall framework of food logistics platform based on the Internet of things, this paper hopes to provide a train of thought for food industry to build logistics platform, and to provide some reference for other similar industries of information construction and operation management optimization.
