【摘要】：企业追求的终极目标是企业的可持续成长。企业可持续成长能力不仅是企业竞争优势，管理创新和构建组织竞争力的决定性因素之一，也是保证企业持续发展、高速成长的关键所在。可持续成长能力越强，企业的生命力越旺盛，其寿命就越长，创造的社会价值也就越大；反之，企业的生命活力越屏弱，寿命就越短。企业能否实现可持续成长不仅关系到企业自身生存发展，而且更关系到社会经济持续、稳定、健康发展。因此，，从我国企业实践出发，吸收和借鉴国外企业成长理论研究成果，通过构建企业可持续成长能力评价模型，进而揭示企业可持续成长的运行机制和一般规律，不仅为国家制定产业发展政策以及保持经济社会又好又快发展提供科学依据，而且对我国企业管理实践具有重大的现实理论价值和战略指导意义。煤炭资源作为我国的主要能源，在相当长的时期内，煤炭产业仍然是国民经济的重要组成部分，因此以煤炭企业为研究对象对于体现国民经济的发展有一定的代表性。2009年，为了提高煤炭产业集中度，加快资源型地区的产业结构调整和实现经济可持续增长，对煤炭资源进行整合和煤炭企业进行兼并重组。本文以煤炭企业为研究对象，分析可持续成长能力具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文首先对国内外有关企业成长理论的研究成果进行综述，结合煤炭企业的特点和实际，就煤炭企业可持续成长理论进行归纳总结。在此基础上，对煤炭企业可持续成长能力的系统构成和决定因素进行研究，从而构建煤炭企业可持续成长能力评价指标体系，构建评价模型。最后以西山煤电为例，对该公司可持续成长能力评价进行实证研究，最后在理论研究和实证分析的基础上提出煤炭企业可持续成长能力提升的对策和措施。
[Abstract]:The ultimate goal of the enterprise is the sustainable growth of the enterprise. The ability of sustainable growth of enterprises is not only one of the decisive factors of enterprise competitive advantage, management innovation and construction of organizational competitiveness, but also the key to ensure the sustainable development and rapid growth of enterprises. The stronger the ability of sustainable growth, the stronger the vitality of the enterprise, the longer the life span and the greater the social value created; on the other hand, the weaker the vitality of the enterprise, the shorter the life span. Whether the enterprise can achieve sustainable growth is not only related to the survival and development of the enterprise itself, but also related to the sustained, stable and healthy development of social economy. Therefore, starting from the practice of enterprises in our country, absorbing and drawing lessons from the research results of foreign enterprises' growth theory, and by constructing the evaluation model of enterprises' sustainable growth ability, the paper reveals the operation mechanism and general law of enterprises' sustainable growth. It not only provides the scientific basis for the country to formulate the industrial development policy and maintain the economic and social good and fast development, but also has great practical theoretical value and strategic guiding significance to the enterprise management practice of our country. As the main energy of our country, the coal industry is still an important part of the national economy for a long time, so taking the coal enterprise as the research object is representative of the development of the national economy. In order to improve the concentration of coal industry, accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure in resource-based areas and realize the sustainable economic growth, the coal resources are integrated and the coal enterprises are merged and reorganized. This paper takes the coal enterprise as the research object, the analysis sustainable growth ability has the important theory value and the practical significance. This paper firstly summarizes the research results of enterprise growth theory at home and abroad, combining the characteristics and practice of coal enterprises, summarizes the theory of sustainable growth of coal enterprises. On this basis, the systematic composition and determinants of the sustainable growth ability of coal enterprises are studied, so as to construct the evaluation index system and the evaluation model of the sustainable growth ability of coal enterprises. Finally, taking Xishan coal power as an example, this paper makes an empirical study on the evaluation of the sustainable growth ability of the company, and finally puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the sustainable growth ability of coal enterprises on the basis of theoretical research and empirical analysis.
