我国乳制品加工企业竞争力研究

【摘要】:进入新世纪,在国家大力提倡乳制品消费,以及我国城乡居民越来越认识到乳制品对身体健康的有益性、重要性的背景下,我国的乳制品消费水平快速提升,带动了乳品加工企业迅速发展,乳品加工逐渐成为我国食品加工业行业中的重要产业。随着我国乳制品加工企业不断发展,乳制品加工企业的兼并、整合速度加快,乳制品加工企业集中度不断地提高,主要乳品加工企业的运营效率、产品品质、创新和客户响应能力方面都得到了明显提升。 过去几年,食品安全问题尤其是乳制品安全问题频发,暴露出我国乳制品加工企业中仍然存在着许多弊端,如奶源质量差,掺假掺杂现象严重、产品检测技术落后和检测标准不完善、综合型专业人才稀缺、企业创新能力不足、客户服务意识薄弱等现象。这些问题严重阻碍了我国乳制品加工企业的健康发展,制约着我国乳制品加工企业竞争力的提升,造成广大城乡居民对我国乳品加工企业丧失信心,使得乳制品中的高端产品几乎被来自国外的品牌垄断的格局。因此,深化我国乳制品加工产业及企业的改革创新,提升企业竞争力是我国乳制品加工企业未来生存和发展的根本出路。 本文从竞争力理论出发,以企业竞争优势理论为依托,以实现卓越的效率、卓越的品质、卓越的创新能力和卓越的客户响应为着眼点,对我国乳制品加工企业的内外部环境进行了深入的研究和分析,建立起适用于我国乳制品加工企业竞争力提升的研究框架,提出了提升我国乳制品加工企业竞争力,创造竞争优势的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:In the new century, under the background that the country strongly advocates the consumption of dairy products, and the urban and rural residents in our country are more and more aware of the benefits and importance of dairy products to their health, the level of consumption of dairy products in our country is rising rapidly. The dairy processing industry has become an important industry in the food processing industry. With the continuous development of dairy processing enterprises in China, the merger of dairy processing enterprises, the speed of integration, the increasing concentration of dairy processing enterprises, the operational efficiency and product quality of the main dairy processing enterprises, Innovation and customer responsiveness have been significantly improved. In the past few years, food safety problems, especially dairy products, have occurred frequently, exposing that there are still many disadvantages in dairy processing enterprises in China, such as poor milk source quality, serious adulteration and adulteration. Product testing technology is backward and testing standard is not perfect, comprehensive professional talent is scarce, enterprise innovation ability is insufficient, customer service consciousness is weak and so on. These problems have seriously hindered the healthy development of dairy processing enterprises in China, restricted the promotion of competitiveness of dairy processing enterprises in China, and caused the majority of urban and rural residents to lose confidence in dairy processing enterprises in China. The high-end products in dairy products are almost monopolized by foreign brands. Therefore, deepening the reform and innovation of Chinese dairy processing industry and enterprises and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises is the fundamental way out for the future survival and development of Chinese dairy processing enterprises. Based on the theory of competitive advantage and the theory of competitive advantage, this paper focuses on the realization of superior efficiency, excellent quality, excellent innovation ability and excellent customer response. In this paper, the internal and external environment of dairy processing enterprises in China is deeply studied and analyzed, and the research framework suitable for the promotion of the competitiveness of dairy processing enterprises in China is established, and the competitiveness of dairy processing enterprises in China is put forward. Countermeasures and suggestions for creating competitive advantage.
