华菱钢铁服务型制造的转型障碍和路径选择

【摘要】：目前,我国处于从钢铁大国向钢铁强国转变的关键时期,钢铁行业一方面产能过剩仍在加剧,另一方面需求增速明显放缓,钢铁产业大而不强。在此背景下,钢铁企业向服务型制造转型,能从根本上实现“以客户为中心”的转变,实现企业经营理念、管理模式、管理方法的跃升,大幅提升企业各项服务性能,全方位推进企业管理水平的提高。 本文的研究目的,是通过对服务型制造的内涵、产生背景、发展演变及其作用的描述,分析我国钢铁行业服务化转型的动因、成功关键因素、标杆企业的经验,在此基础上,重点解剖了湖南上市公司华菱钢铁在服务型制造转型中的障碍和路径选择。 本文以生产性服务、服务型制造、价值链等理论为依据,分析的视角从全球制造业的演变到我国钢铁行业的发展现状,再重点聚焦在华菱钢铁的实证分析上,运用了文献检索法、对比分析法、归纳演绎方法、个案研究法,从而为华菱钢铁的转型障碍和路径选择提供有参考价值的分析和对策。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in a critical period from a large steel country to a strong steel power. On the one hand, the overcapacity of the steel industry is still increasing, on the other hand, the growth rate of demand is slowing obviously, and the steel industry is large and not strong. In this context, the transformation of iron and steel enterprises to service-oriented manufacturing can fundamentally realize the transformation of "customer-centered", realize the enterprise management concept, management mode, management methods, and greatly improve the service performance of the enterprise. We will improve the level of enterprise management in all directions. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the causes, key factors of success and the experience of benchmarking enterprises through the description of the connotation, background, evolution and function of service-oriented manufacturing in China. The obstacles and path selection of Valin Iron and Steel in the transformation of service manufacturing in Hunan listed company are dissected emphatically. Based on the theories of productive service, service-oriented manufacturing and value chain, this paper focuses on the empirical analysis of Valin iron and steel industry from the perspective of global manufacturing to the development of China's iron and steel industry. Literature retrieval method, comparative analysis method, inductive deduction method and case study method are used to provide valuable analysis and countermeasures for the transformation obstacles and path selection of Valin Iron and Steel.
