VMI模式下IT产品库存与运输集成优化研究

【摘要】:IT产业是全世界也是我国经济发展的支柱产业之一,我国的IT产业极富成长性,并且拥有巨大的潜在市场。IT产品物流是其所从属的IT产品供应链的组成环节,更是构成商品使用价值的重要环节。像其他传统产业一样,良好的物流运作在IT产业中也能够发挥降低采购成本、仓储成本、销售成本、提高客户服务质量和满意度等作用,缺少了现代化的物流管理,IT企业的运作就不完整。 库存与运输成本是物流总成本组成中所占比例较大的两个方面,要想降低物流成本,对两者的研究就十分必要。库存与运输密切相关,在库存成本与运输成本间存在着效益悖反的关系,近些年来,越来越多的学者将两者放在同一个模型中进行考虑。而VMI模式能够有效地规避在库存和运输二者间存在的效益悖反效应,降低供应链整体的物流成本,提高供应链效率。 因此,本文在已有的研究文献的基础上,对VMI模式下IT产品的库存与运输集成优化问题进行讨论,在考虑IT产品所具有的特性的基础上,建立多个供应商对多个零售商的集成优化模型,并采用Lingo软件对举出的实例问题进行求解,模型的目的是要解决如何制定最优的库存补充量和运输量这一问题,使整个系统的总成本最小。本文旨在为降低IT产品物流成本提供一种解决问题的思路与方法。
[Abstract]:The IT industry is one of the pillar industries in the world and also one of the pillar industries in China's economic development. The IT industry of our country is very rich in growth and has a huge potential market. The IT product logistics is the component link of its subordinate IT product supply chain. It is the important link that constitutes commodity use value. Like other traditional industries, good logistics operations in the IT industry can also play a role in reducing procurement costs, warehousing costs, sales costs, improving customer service quality and satisfaction. The operation of IT enterprises is incomplete without modern logistics management. Inventory and transportation cost are two aspects of the total cost of logistics. In order to reduce the cost of logistics, it is necessary to study them. Inventory is closely related to transportation, and there is a negative relationship between inventory cost and transportation cost. In recent years, more and more scholars put the two in the same model. The VMI model can effectively avoid the adverse benefit effect between inventory and transportation, reduce the overall logistics cost of the supply chain, and improve the efficiency of the supply chain. Therefore, based on the existing research literature, this paper discusses the inventory and transportation integration optimization of IT products in VMI mode, considering the characteristics of IT products. The integrated optimization model of multiple suppliers to multiple retailers is established, and the example problem is solved by Lingo software. The purpose of the model is to solve the problem of how to make the optimal inventory replenishment and transportation volume. Minimize the total cost of the whole system. The purpose of this paper is to provide a way to solve the problem in order to reduce the logistics cost of IT products.
