【摘要】：随着科学技术的发展,炼化企业生产装置加工处理量越来越大,设备也倾向于大型化、自动化和复杂化发展。由此,对设备的管理和维修的要求也越来越高。这几年来国内新建了很多炼化企业,大多数地处工业相对欠发达地区,周边可依托的资源有限,设备的维修迫切需要有专业外包服务商承担,设备维修外包已成为成为当前设备管理领域的一项重大战略课题。为此,论文选取XX炼化公司为研究对象,重点研究其设备维修外包策略和管理相关问题,旨在为我国国有企业尤其是炼化企业提高设备维修管理水平服务。论文的总体思路如下:在相关概念与理论的指导下,对XX炼化公司设备维修管理现状进行阐述,并对其设备维修外包策略、管理措施深入剖析,针对存在的问题进行研究分析,提出设备维修业务外包的优化方案。同时,就设备维修外包存在的风险,提出保障措施,形成具有理论性、借鉴性的理论成果。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the processing capacity of production units in refinery and chemical enterprises is increasing, and the equipment tends to develop in large scale, automation and complexity. As a result, the management and maintenance of equipment is also more and more demanding. In recent years, many new refining and chemical enterprises have been built in our country, most of them are located in relatively underdeveloped areas of industry, and the resources around them are limited. The maintenance of equipment urgently needs to be undertaken by professional outsourcing service providers. Equipment maintenance outsourcing has become an important strategic issue in the field of equipment management. Therefore, this paper selects XX Refining and Chemical Company as the research object, focuses on its equipment maintenance outsourcing strategy and management issues, in order to improve the equipment maintenance management level for state-owned enterprises, especially refining and chemical enterprises in China. The general ideas of this paper are as follows: under the guidance of related concepts and theories, the paper expounds the current situation of equipment maintenance management in XX Refinery and Chemical Company, and analyzes the outsourcing strategy and management measures of equipment maintenance, and analyzes the existing problems. The optimization scheme of equipment maintenance outsourcing is put forward. At the same time, in view of the risk of equipment maintenance outsourcing, the guarantee measures are put forward to form theoretical and referential theoretical results.
