M公司库存管理应用研究

【摘要】:从上世纪90年代至今,世界经济已经进入了全球化时代,跨国公司的兴起,信息技术的高速发展,面对竞争日益激烈的市场环境,,企业必须在核心环节提高运作效率,降低生产成本,加大研发投入,努力寻找新的利润增长点。随着中国经济和国内企业发展到目前阶段,库存管理至今始终是企业管理者所面临的重要难题之一,如何改善库存和降低库存成本已成为企业关注的焦点。 本文主要研究内容是如何采取有效措施提升M公司库存管理能力和合理控制库存成本。 首先,本文综述了国内外库存管理的研究成果以及相关概念,阐述了供应链管理和ERP管理两种思想的发展起源和在这两种思想下库存管理的具体要求。 其次,本文通过以M公司的企业业务模式为蓝图,尤其以M公司的库存管理为研究对象。分析发现M公司管理水平比较落后,在库存管理方面存在很多问题,例如库存账目不透明,超领流程不规范,车间二级仓库管理混乱等。通过借助ERP系统工具,标准化项目实施和企业业务流程再造完成对M公司库存管理的提升。 另外,本文还通过引入波特五力、SWOT分析等战略工具指导库存改善方案的制定。并在最后论述了M公司库存管理改善以后在信息共享、库存查询、成本管控方面取得的显著效果。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the world economy has entered the era of globalization, the rise of multinational corporations, the rapid development of information technology, facing the increasingly fierce competition in the market environment, enterprises must improve their operational efficiency in the core links. Reduce production costs, increase R & D investment, and strive to find new profit growth points. With the development of Chinese economy and domestic enterprises, inventory management has always been one of the important problems faced by enterprise managers. How to improve inventory and reduce inventory cost has become the focus of attention. The main content of this paper is how to take effective measures to improve M company inventory management ability and reasonable control of inventory costs. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research results and related concepts of inventory management at home and abroad, expounds the origin of the two ideas of supply chain management and ERP management and the specific requirements of inventory management under these two ideas. Secondly, this paper takes M Company's business model as the blueprint, especially the M Company's inventory management as the research object. It is found that the management level of M company is backward, and there are many problems in inventory management, such as the opaque inventory accounts, the nonstandard overpass process, the confusion in the management of the workshop secondary warehouse, and so on. Through ERP system tools, standardization project implementation and business process reengineering to M company inventory management. In addition, this paper also through the introduction of Porter five-force SWOT analysis and other strategic tools to guide inventory improvement program formulation. In the end, the paper discusses the remarkable effect in information sharing, inventory query and cost control after the improvement of inventory management in M Company.
