制造企业质量信用评价研究

【摘要】:我国自1978年实行改革开放30多年以来社会经济得到了巨大的发展,但随着计划经济向市场经济转型的不断深入,企业的质量失信行为也不断暴露出来,当前市我国市场上仍然存在大量的企业质量失信行为,这些行为不仅会损害消费者和企业的切身利益,而且会在社会和行业中造成信用危机,增加交易成本,严重阻碍市场经济的健康发展。更严重的,甚至会损害到整个中国企业在国际竞争中的声誉,危害重大。这种情况下探析企业失信行为,对企业的质量行为和质量信用进行跟踪和评价就具有十分重要的现实意义。 为此,本文结合国家863重大项目:面向集团企业和中小企业的云制造服务平台关键技术(2011AA040601),对制造企业质量信用评价进行了理论分析、评价机制设计、评价体系构建,并研究了在Web2.0环境下的进行质量信用评价的优势和可行性。 第一章阐述了制造企业质量信用评价的研究背景和意义,回顾了信用评级的发展历史和相关理论研究成果以及当前我国质量信用建设的现状,对论文的主要内容和总体结构进行了介绍。 第二章根据工业产品的特点建立了制造企业质量信用信息传递模型,将质量信用传递模型和声誉模型进行了比较分析,通过对模型的理论研究提出了质量信用评价的约束条件,并研究了将web2.0思想运用于质量信用评价的可行性和意义。 第三章对当前我国质量监管及质量信用评级现状进行了分析,运用第二章提出的约束条件解释了为什么当前几种与质量相关的信用评价效果均不太理想,以此为基础设计了本文的信用评价机制,制定了详细的评价指标。最后研究了在评价机制中各参与者的激励问题。 第四章在评价体系基础上对评价指标进行了标准化,给出了计算步骤,制定了具体的失信降级守信升级处理办法,最后给出了演算实例。 第五章基于上文的评价体系构建和评价算法,结合宁波模具企业的实际需求,运用web2.0思想开发了制造企业质量信用管理系统原型。系统主要包括企业资质认证、基本信用评价、交易记录管理及投诉,企业质量信用信息查询等功能模块。企业用户可以通过系统积累自己良好的质量信用记录提供给潜在用户供用户参考,同时也能将自己遇到的和搜集到的其他企业质量失信行为信息进行举报,共同完成对企业的质量信用评价和监督,净化市场竞争环境。 第六章对论文研究的主要工作进行了总结,讨论了论文中有待完善的地方,提出了今后继续深入研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Since China implemented the reform and opening up in 1978 for more than 30 years, the social economy has been greatly developed. However, with the continuous deepening of the planned economy to the market economy, the quality of the enterprise's quality of dishonesty has been exposed. There are still a large number of enterprises' quality of dishonesty in the market of our country, which will not only harm the consumers. And the vital interests of the enterprise and the credit crisis in the society and the industry, increase the transaction cost, seriously impede the healthy development of the market economy. More serious, even damage the reputation of the whole Chinese enterprise in the international competition. In this case, it analyses the behavior of enterprise's dishonesty and the quality behavior and quality letter of the enterprise. It is of great practical significance to track and evaluate.
Therefore, this paper combines the key national 863 Project: the key technology of cloud manufacturing service platform for group enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises (2011AA040601), carries out a theoretical analysis on the quality credit evaluation of manufacturing enterprises, the design of evaluation mechanism, the construction of evaluation system, and studies the advantages and feasibility of quality credit evaluation under the environment of Web2.0.
The first chapter expounds the research background and significance of the quality credit evaluation of the manufacturing enterprises, reviews the development history of the credit rating and the relevant theoretical research results, as well as the current situation of our country's quality and credit construction, and introduces the main content and the overall structure of the paper.
The second chapter establishes the quality credit information transfer model of manufacturing enterprises according to the characteristics of industrial products, compares the quality credit transfer model with the reputation model, and puts forward the constraints of the quality credit evaluation by the theoretical research of the model, and studies the feasibility and intention of applying the Web2.0 thinking to the quality credit evaluation. Righteousness.
The third chapter analyzes the current situation of quality supervision and quality credit rating in China, and explains why some of the current quality related credit evaluation results are not ideal by using the constraints proposed in the second chapter. Based on this, the credit evaluation mechanism of this paper is designed and detailed evaluation indexes are formulated. Finally, the study is made. The incentive problem of each participant in the evaluation mechanism.
In the fourth chapter, the evaluation index is standardized on the basis of the evaluation system, the calculation steps are given, and a concrete way to deal with the escalation of trustworthiness and demotion is made, and an example is given at the end.
The fifth chapter based on the above evaluation system construction and evaluation algorithm, combined with the actual needs of the Ningbo mould enterprise, developed the prototype of the quality credit management system of manufacturing enterprise by using Web2.0 thought. The system mainly includes the function module of enterprise qualification authentication, basic credit evaluation, transaction record management and complaint, and enterprise quality credit information query. The enterprise users can accumulate their good quality credit records through the system to provide the potential users for reference. At the same time, they can report the information of other enterprises' quality credit loss they have encountered and collect, and jointly complete the quality credit evaluation and supervision of the enterprise, and purify the market competition environment.
The sixth chapter summarizes the main work of the thesis, discusses the areas to be improved, and puts forward the direction for further research in the future.
