满城供电公司线损控制与管理研究

【摘要】：二十一世纪是一个能源不可或缺的时代。在各种能源中，电能已经毋庸置疑的成为了世界经济发展和人类各项活动的基础能源。电能从生产出来到输配电再到用户使用的过程中不可避免的会发生一些损耗，这就是线损。降低线损有利于节约电能，，提高电能使用效率，降低供电公司成本，提高企业效益，因此线损已经成为各地区供电公司参加考核的一项重要经济技术指标，同时，线损的控制与管理也成为各供电公司的一项重要的工作内容。满城供电公司作为国家电网的一个基层单位，如何做好线损的控制与管理工作以及切实落实好国家关于降损的文件要求是今后工作的重要任务和长期工作目标。目前，虽然关于线损管理及控制的探讨和研究已经不在少数，但是大多研究仍是从线损理论知识和技术层面出发的，较为宽泛，缺乏对具体地区具体供电公司具体情况的分析和研究。本文在对线损的基本理论知识进行分析的基础上，具体研究了满城供电公司目前线损管理的现状。通过对满城供电公司的线损管理模式、网架结构、指标完成情况等方面得出了该供电公司线损管理存在的一些问题。最后针对这些发现的问题，从完善线损的管理体系、技术体系和保障体系三个方面提出了一些改善措施。
[Abstract]:The 21 century was an era in which energy was indispensable. Among all kinds of energy, electric energy has undoubtedly become the basic energy for the development of world economy and human activities. It is inevitable that some losses will occur in the process of electric energy from production to transmission and distribution to the use of users, which is called line loss. Reducing line loss is beneficial to saving electric energy, improving the efficiency of electric energy use, reducing the cost of power supply company and improving the benefit of enterprise. Therefore, line loss has become an important economic and technical index for power supply companies in various regions to participate in the examination, at the same time, The control and management of line loss has also become an important part of power supply companies. Mancheng Power supply Company, as a basic unit of State Grid, how to do well in line loss control and management, and how to effectively implement the national document requirements on loss reduction are the important tasks and long-term work objectives of future work. At present, although there are not a few researches on line loss management and control, most of the studies are based on the theoretical knowledge and technology of line loss. Lack of analysis and research on the specific situation of specific power supply companies in specific areas. Based on the analysis of the basic theoretical knowledge of line loss, this paper studies the current situation of line loss management in Mancheng Power supply Company. Some problems in line loss management of Mancheng Power supply Company are obtained from the aspects of line loss management mode, grid structure, completion of indicators and so on. Finally, to solve these problems, some improvement measures are put forward from three aspects: the management system of line loss, the technical system and the guarantee system.
