敏捷制造企业的制造资源选择研究

【摘要】:市场的全球化趋势,技术的快速革新,客户需求的多样化形成了制造行业竞争激烈的市场环境,而在制造企业内部,资源的利用率往往无法达到较高的水平,这对制造成本、企业的市场竞争力起着强烈的负面影响。对于我国传统的制造企业而言,其资源有限且柔性程度差,很难适应快速变化的市场竞争环境。敏捷制造的生产模式能够使制造企业适应不断变化、不可预测的市场环境,敏捷制造模式要求企业能够实现市场的快速响应,能在一定范围内寻求适当的可利用资源,并将包括人力资源,设备资源,财务资源以及技术资源等可能并非同处一地的资源有效的结合起来,来实现企业发挥内部以及外部的各项生产要素,积极有效的满足动态变化的市场需求。 敏捷制造不只是制造模式的变化,还要求制造资源管理水平的提升。制造管理水平的提升不仅能够提高企业运行效率及资源利用率,降低运行成本,还能帮助车间里的工作人员尽早发现车间运行过程中出现的各种问题,从而加以改进。整个产品制造过程,从产品设计、物料采购、生产制造到产品销售、售后服务等每一个环节,都需要制造资源管理系统的支持。因此,如何更好地管理资源,提高车间资源的利用率,提高生产自动化水平和企业生产效率、(,)降低产品生产成本,已经成为了研究制造信息化系统的一个重要课题。 本文在对敏捷制造企业资源的特点以及现有资源选择的方法进行分析的基础上,阐明了制造资源的选择既不能只以成本为唯一选择标准,又不适合使用太过于复杂的选择算法,提出了成本最小、质量最好、时间最短依然作为资源选择的目标之一,增加信息交互性最强、保密性最好、资源的综合实力最强以及合作的持续性和稳定性最好作为资源的选择目标。然后在创新性的目标体系的基础上建立了相对应的评价指标体系,并使用层次分析法对每一项评价指标赋予了相应的权重。最后,将创新性的指标评价体系应用于M企业的资源选择实例上,得到了优化后的结果。
[Abstract]:The globalization trend of the market, the rapid innovation of technology and the diversification of customer demand have formed a competitive market environment in the manufacturing industry. However, within the manufacturing enterprises, the utilization rate of resources is often unable to reach a higher level, which is of great importance to the manufacturing costs. The market competitiveness of enterprises has a strong negative impact. For the traditional manufacturing enterprises in China, their resources are limited and their flexibility is poor, so it is difficult to adapt to the rapidly changing market competition environment. The production mode of agile manufacturing can make the manufacturing enterprise adapt to the changing and unpredictable market environment. Agile manufacturing mode requires the enterprise to realize the rapid response of the market and to seek suitable available resources within a certain range. And will include human resources, equipment resources, financial resources, technical resources and other resources may not be co-located with the effective combination of resources to achieve the internal and external factors of production, Actively and effectively meet the changing market demand. Agile manufacturing is not only the change of manufacturing mode, but also the improvement of manufacturing resource management level. The improvement of manufacturing management level can not only improve the efficiency of enterprise operation and resource utilization, reduce the operating cost, but also help the staff in the workshop to find out the various problems in the workshop operation as soon as possible, and then improve it. The whole manufacturing process, from product design, material procurement, manufacturing to product sales, after-sales service and so on, needs the support of manufacturing resource management system. Therefore, how to better manage resources, improve the utilization of workshop resources, improve the level of production automation and enterprise production efficiency, (,) to reduce production costs, has become an important issue in the research of manufacturing information system. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of agile manufacturing enterprise resources and the existing methods of resource selection, this paper clarifies that the selection of manufacturing resources can not only be based on cost as the sole selection criterion, nor is it suitable to use too complex selection algorithm. It is put forward that the minimum cost, the best quality, the shortest time is still one of the goals of resource selection, and the information interactivity is the strongest, and the confidentiality is the best. The comprehensive strength of resources and the sustainability and stability of cooperation are the best targets of resource selection. Then the corresponding evaluation index system is established on the basis of the innovative target system, and the corresponding weight is given to each evaluation index by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, the innovative index evaluation system is applied to the resource selection example of M enterprise, and the optimized results are obtained.
