建筑业对我国经济增长的影响机制研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,我国经济迅速发展,人们生活水平有了大幅度的提高,城市面貌日新月异,基础设施建设得到了极大的改善和变化。在这个伟大的变革过程中,建筑业做出了自身特有的贡献。建筑业作为国民经济的支柱产业,它通过大规模的固定资产投资(包括基本建设和技术改造)活动为国民经济各部门、各行业的持续健康发展提供了坚定的物质基础,直接影响着国民经济的增长和社会劳动的就业状况。在这期间,建筑业也经历了翻天覆地的变化,产业规模不断扩大,技术装备水平有很大改善,建造能力不断提高。在我国,建筑业历来是资源、城市化、就业、经济增长等各种社会经济问题的焦点,尤其与经济增长息息相关。因此,研究建筑业与经济增长的相关关系、建筑业如何促进经济增长具有重大的现实意义。特别是分析改革开放以来我国建筑业是否促进了经济增长、通过什么途径有效地促进经济增长等问题,能够为我国工业化和城市化的发展提供可靠的基础设施保障,为我国各种经济活动的顺利进行提供充足的空间保证；能够在提供就业岗位,增加就业人口,提高劳动收入方面发挥重要的作用；能够为我国建筑业增长方式以及经济增长方式从粗放型向集约型转变提供一条可选途径,从而实现经济的可持续发展。本文的研究内容为我国建筑业和经济增长之间的关系以及建筑业对经济增长的影响机制,借助于经济增长理论、协整理论和逐步回归方法,选取具有代表性的指标对问题进行研究,最终为建筑业和经济增长的协调发展提供政策建议。本文一共分为六个部分,结构安排如下：第一部分为引言。介绍本文的研究背景,以及研究建筑业和经济增长之间关系的意义。梳理了国内外建筑业和经济增长关系方面的相关研究文献,引出本文的研究思路和方法。第二部分为我国建筑业发展现状及存在的问题分析。首先通过对建筑业及建筑产品的介绍让我们对建筑业产生一定的认识。然后对我国建筑业的发展现状进行总体上的分析,最后指出我国建筑业发展过程中存在的问题。第三部分为我国建筑业发展和经济增长关系的实证研究。先从弹性系数、贡献率、拉动率等方面描述建筑业对我国经济增长所做的贡献。然后选取合适的指标,运用协整理论对建筑业和经济增长之间的关系进行实证分析。第四部分为我国建筑业对经济增长影响机制的研究。从上一部分的实证研究中我们了解了建筑业和经济增长之间的关系,为了更好地发挥我国建筑业支柱产业地位,我们有必要对建筑业的影响机制进行深入的了解,从而更好地促进经济增长。第五部分为实证检验结果及原因分析。本章对第三部分和第四部分的实证结果进行了总结,并深入分析其中的原因。第六部分为政策建议。根据以上研究结果,提出一些实用性的建议。本文得出的主要结论有：第一,我国建筑业的发展对我国的经济增长起到了明显的推动作用,二者之间存在长期的均衡关系。估计的协整方程表明：建筑业增加值每增加1个单位,国内生产总值就会相应变动0.2598个单位。第二,现阶段物质资本、人力资本、结构变革是建筑业影响经济增长的显著渠道。虽然技术进步在我国经济发展过程中起到了显著的促进作用,但技术进步却不是建筑业影响经济增长的显著途径。本文的创新之处：第一,选取更为精确恰当的指标,从多方面研究了建筑业发展和经济增长之间的关系；第二,对建筑业影响经济增长的机制进行了深入研究,为建筑业影响经济增长寻找一条更为有效的途径。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, our country's economy has developed rapidly, the people's living standard has been greatly improved, the city's face is changing and the infrastructure construction has been greatly improved and changed. In this great reform process, the construction industry has made its own unique contribution. The investment in fixed assets (including basic construction and technological transformation) provides a firm material basis for the sustained and healthy development of all sectors of the national economy and industry, which directly affects the growth of the national economy and the employment status of social labor. During this period, the construction industry has also undergone dramatic changes, and the scale of the industry is expanding. The equipment level has been greatly improved and the building capability has been continuously improved.
In China, the construction industry has always been the focus of various social and economic problems, such as resources, urbanization, employment, economic growth and so on. It is particularly closely related to economic growth. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the relationship between the construction industry and economic growth, and how the construction industry promotes economic growth. Especially, the analysis of China's construction industry since the reform and opening up is in China. Whether it promotes economic growth and effectively promote economic growth through the way, it can provide reliable infrastructure guarantee for the development of industrialization and urbanization in our country, provide sufficient space guarantee for the smooth progress of various economic activities in our country, and can provide jobs, increase the employment population and increase the labor income. It plays an important role in providing an alternative way for China's construction industry growth mode and economic growth mode from extensive to intensive transformation to achieve sustainable economic development.
The research content of this paper is the relationship between China's construction industry and economic growth as well as the impact mechanism of the construction industry on economic growth. With the help of economic growth theory, cointegration theory and stepwise regression method, it selects representative indicators to study the problems, and finally provides policy suggestions for the coordinated development of the construction industry and economic growth. The article is divided into six parts, and the structure is arranged as follows:
The first part is the introduction. It introduces the background of the research, and studies the significance of the relationship between the construction industry and the economic growth. It combs the related research literature on the relationship between domestic and foreign construction industry and economic growth, and leads to the research ideas and methods of this paper.
The second part is the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the construction industry in China. First, we have a certain understanding of the construction industry through the introduction of the construction industry and the construction products. Then we make a general analysis of the current situation of the development of China's construction industry, and finally point out the problems in the process of the development of China's construction industry.
The third part is an empirical study on the relationship between the development of China's construction industry and economic growth. First, it describes the contribution of the construction industry to the economic growth of China from the aspects of elasticity, contribution rate and pulling rate, and then selects the appropriate indicators and uses the cointegration theory to make an empirical analysis of the relationship between the construction industry and the economic growth.
The fourth part is the research on the influence mechanism of China's construction industry to economic growth. From the empirical study of the previous part, we understand the relationship between the construction industry and the economic growth. In order to give full play to the position of the pillar industry in China, it is necessary for us to have a thorough understanding of the impact machine system of the construction industry so as to better promote the economic growth of the construction industry. The fifth part is the empirical test results and causes analysis. This chapter summarizes the third part and the fourth part of the empirical results, and in-depth analysis of the reasons.
The sixth part is policy recommendations. Based on the above findings, some practical suggestions are put forward.
The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the development of China's construction industry has played a significant role in promoting China's economic growth, and there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the two. The estimated cointegration equation shows that the GDP will be increased by 1 units each, and the GDP will be changed by 0.2598 units. Second. Qualitative capital, human capital and structural change are the significant channels for the construction industry to affect economic growth. Although technological progress has played a significant role in the process of economic development in China, technological progress is not a significant way for the construction industry to affect economic growth.
The innovation of this paper: first, select more accurate and appropriate indicators, study the relationship between the development of construction industry and economic growth from many aspects. Second, the mechanism of the economic growth affecting the construction industry is deeply studied to find a more effective way for the construction industry to affect the economic growth.
