【摘要】:时代的发展和社会的进步使得企业在竞争中越来越重视人力资源。人力资源成为了推动企业发展的关键因素,直接影响着企业的效益和长远发展、企业的兴衰与成败。高素质的技术型员工和具有专业知识和技能的各类人才将是一种宝贵的战略资源,如何进行人力资源有效开发和科学管理,在当代企业管理中越来越重要,绩效考核作为人力资源管理中的重要模块和核心内容,对于提高企业竞争力、促进企业的发展有着非常重要的作用。企业核心能力的构建更加依赖人力资源为基础,作为人力资源管理的核心环节——绩效考核尤其需要受到重视。 本文结合目前企业技术型员工绩效考核的实际情况,根据瑶岗仙矿业公司发展需要,依据相关人力资源管理与绩效管理理论,寻求适合瑶岗仙矿业公司技术特点以及公司战略需要的绩效考核体系。首先论述了本文研究的目的和意义,提出了本文研究的主要内容,阐述了本文的重要研究方法和研究思路。接着在界定了绩效、绩效考核、技术型员工的概念与特点等的基础上,根据技术型员工的特点选择平衡记分卡这一工具进行技术型员工的绩效考核测评。然后对瑶岗仙矿业公司进行介绍,分析了瑶岗仙矿业公司技术型员工绩效考核的现状,提出了现行的绩效考核体系存在的问题,为后面制定科学合理的工程技术人员考核方法奠定基础。然后提出了瑶岗仙矿业公司技术型员工绩效考核优化设计原则与目标,制定了瑶岗仙矿业公司技术型员工层面的平衡记分卡,并且利用调查法确定了瑶岗仙矿业公司技术型员工绩效考核的指标体系,确定了各指标的权重,制定了瑶岗仙矿业公司技术型员工绩效考核标准,设计了绩效考核表。最后提出了瑶岗仙矿业公司技术型员工绩效考核方案实施举措,以及根据实施中可能出现的问题提出了实施保障。希望通过本文的研究对瑶岗仙矿业公司技术型员工绩效考核的改进有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:The development of the times and the progress of society make enterprises pay more and more attention to human resources in the competition. Human resources have become the key factor to promote the development of enterprises, directly affect the benefits and long-term development of enterprises, the rise and fall of enterprises and success or failure. High-quality technical staff and all kinds of talents with professional knowledge and skills will be a valuable strategic resource. How to effectively develop and manage human resources is becoming more and more important in contemporary enterprise management. As an important module and core content of human resource management, performance appraisal plays a very important role in improving the competitiveness of enterprises and promoting the development of enterprises. The construction of enterprise core competence depends on human resource more. As the core link of human resource management, performance appraisal should be paid more attention to. According to the development needs of Yao Gang Xian Mining Company and the relevant theories of human resource management and performance management, this paper combines the actual situation of performance appraisal of technical employees in enterprises at present, and according to the needs of the development of Yao Gang Xian Mining Company, To search for a performance appraisal system suitable for the technical characteristics and strategic needs of Yao Gangxian Mining Company. First, the purpose and significance of this study are discussed, the main contents of this study are put forward, and the important research methods and research ideas are expounded. Then, on the basis of defining the performance, performance appraisal, the concept and characteristics of the technical employees, the paper selects the balanced Scorecard as a tool to evaluate the performance of the technical employees according to the characteristics of the technical employees. Then it introduces the Yao Gang Xian Mining Company, analyzes the present situation of the performance appraisal of the technical employees of the Yao Gang Xian Mining Company, and puts forward the problems existing in the current performance appraisal system. For the development of scientific and reasonable assessment of engineering and technical personnel to lay the foundation. Then put forward the optimization design principles and objectives of the performance appraisal of technical employees in Yao Gangxian Mining Company, and formulate the balanced Scorecard of the technical employees in Yao Gang Xian Mining Co., Ltd. And using the investigation method to determine the performance appraisal index system of the technical employees of Yao Gangxian Mining Company, to determine the weight of each index, to formulate the performance evaluation standard of the technical employees of the Yao Gang Xian Mining Company, and to design the performance appraisal table. Finally, the paper puts forward the measures to implement the performance appraisal scheme of technical employees in Yao Gang Xian Mining Company, and puts forward the implementation guarantee according to the problems that may appear in the implementation. Through the research of this paper, we hope to improve the performance evaluation of technical employees in Yao Gangxian Mining Company.
