IBM(中国)员工培训改善策略研究

【摘要】:随着经济的快速发展,现代企业面临着诸多挑战,加强员工培训提高职业技术水平是维持现代企业健康发展所必需重视的关键环节。现代企业在追求经济效益的同时,逐渐改善员工的利益以满足员工的需求,用意留住人才,这就要求员工培训更加有效合理。员工培训已成为企业培养高素质员工和打造核心竞争力的重要手段,它直接影响到员工的工作绩效并进而影响企业整体实力,员工培训是现代企业必不可少的一项工作任务。IBM(中国)在中国有着长远的发展规划,需要适应不同的内外部变化,员工培训在这过程中发挥着重要作用。完善的员工培训体系和策略可以帮助IBM(中国)更好地实现其发展目标,使企业在市场竞争中取得优势。 本文通过查阅各种期刊以及国内外著名的书籍,以及亲身实践,从理论知识入手,首先介绍了企业员工培训的涵义和相关理论;其次,理论联系实际,通过分析IBM(中国)的现有培训的项目和方式,发现其中存在的主要问题,即培训课程滞后于公司发展,培训课程设计不符合本土化发展,培训结果的评估环节薄弱,措施不当;再次,通过借鉴国内外同类企业的成功企业培训策略,为完善企业员工培训改善策略研究提供启示;最后,运用系统的方法将培训与企业发展战略相结合,对企业的培训方案进行完善和补充,结合实际提出了具体的改善思路和遵循的原则,并提出具体的改善对策,即培训课程采取随需应变的策略,在本土化问题上强化创新,让培训结果反馈到位,同时,检验了这些具体的改善对策的效果。 通过本文的研究,希望能够对现代企业的员工培训提供一些借鉴作用,从而改善企业培训管理中存在的问题,提高员工的技术水平,提高企业的竞争力和经济效益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the economy, modern enterprises are facing many challenges. Strengthening staff training and improving the level of professional technology is the key link to maintain the healthy development of modern enterprises. In the pursuit of economic benefits, modern enterprises gradually improve the interests of employees to meet the needs of the staff and retain the personnel, which is the requirement of the personnel. The training of workers is more effective and reasonable. Staff training has become an important means of cultivating high quality employees and building core competitiveness. It directly affects the work performance of employees and then affects the overall strength of the enterprise. Staff training is an essential task for modern enterprises,.IBM (China) has a long-term development plan in China. The need to adapt to different internal and external changes, employee training plays an important role in this process. The perfect staff training system and strategy can help IBM (China) achieve its development goals better and make the enterprise advantage in the market competition.
By consulting various periodicals, famous books at home and abroad, and personal practice, starting with theoretical knowledge, this paper first introduces the meaning and related theories of enterprise staff training. Secondly, by analyzing the existing training projects and formulas of IBM (China), the main problems in the training course are found, that is, the training course is stagnant. After the development of the company, the training course design does not conform to the localization development, the evaluation link of the training results is weak and the measures are unsuitable. Again, by drawing on the successful enterprise training strategy of similar enterprises at home and abroad, it provides inspiration for improving the research of enterprise staff training and improvement strategy. Finally, the training and enterprise development strategy are used by the system method. In combination, the training program is perfected and supplemented, and the concrete improvement ideas and principles are put forward in combination with the practice, and the concrete improvement measures are put forward, that is, the training course adopts an on demand strategy, strengthens the innovation on the localization problem, makes the training results back in place, and tests these concrete measures for improvement. Effect.
Through this study, we hope to provide some reference for the training of employees in modern enterprises, so as to improve the existing problems in the management of enterprise training, improve the technical level of the employees, and improve the competitiveness and economic benefits of the enterprises.
