连续性与不连续创新在电力企业中的协同作用研究

【摘要】:技术创新是我国实现高速和跨越式发展的主要途径,也是企业实现持续健康发展的根本。根据技术创新是延续性的还是颠覆性的,可以将其划分为连续性创新与不连续创新。两种创新面临着不同的成本和收益选择。连续性创新所需投资额较小,面临的市场环境比较稳定,市场风险较小,但面对的行业风险大;不连续创新所需的投资额度往往较高,市场开发风险很大,但可以有效的抵御行业风险。两者的协同既可以增强企业抗行业风险的能力,又能给企业带来持续稳定的现金流收入。 电力行业作为一个技术密集型的产业,技术进步日新月异,企业必须不断创新才能在市场上据有一席之地。当前,电力企业一方面要继续完善现有的发电技术和电网技术,不断提高能源使用效率;另一方面又需要开发新能源,采用清洁能源和可再生能源技术,这是未来发展的方向。北京电力工程公司重视技术开发,在传统火电站建设、输电技术、蓄能技术等方面都不断改进,同时,在不连续创新如新能源尤其是风能的开发上也投入许多,不断增强自身的技术创新实力。公司通过资金的投入分配、与科研院校合作、密切与大客户的联系等方式来进行创新类型的选择和持续开发,带来了企业主导业务的适时转移以及稳定的现金流,培育了创新的企业文化,有利于实现企业基业长青式的发展。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation is the main way to achieve high speed and leap-forward development in China, and is also the fundamental for enterprises to realize sustainable and healthy development. According to whether technological innovation is continuous or subversive, it can be divided into continuous innovation and discontinuous innovation. The two innovations face different cost and benefit choices. The investment required for continuous innovation is relatively small, the market environment is relatively stable, the market risk is relatively small, but the industry risk is large, the investment amount required for discontinuous innovation is often higher, and the risk of market development is very high. But can resist the industry risk effectively. The synergy between them can not only enhance the ability of resisting industry risk, but also bring steady cash flow income. Power industry as a technology-intensive industry, technological progress with each passing day, enterprises must constantly innovate in order to have a place in the market. At present, on the one hand, electric power enterprises should continue to improve the existing generation technology and grid technology to improve energy efficiency; on the other hand, it is necessary to develop new energy and adopt clean energy and renewable energy technology, which is the direction of future development. The Beijing Electric Power Engineering Company attaches importance to technological development. It has continuously improved its traditional thermal power plant construction, transmission technology, and energy storage technology. At the same time, it has also invested a lot in the development of discontinuous innovations such as new energy sources, especially wind energy. Constantly enhance their technical innovation strength. Through the investment allocation of funds, cooperation with scientific research institutions, close contact with key customers and other ways to select and continue to develop innovative types, which has brought the timely transfer of the enterprise's leading business and stable cash flow. Cultivate innovative corporate culture, conducive to the realization of the enterprise-based industry evergreen development.
