【摘要】:竹叶青茶业有限公司从1998年坚实起步到2001年逐渐地完善企业的渠道策略;公司又从2002年提出了“平常心”的品牌传播策略再到2007年凭借“中西文化交流大使”的身份跻身于欧洲市场,竹叶青茶业公司已经不仅仅成为茶业界内的佼佼者和领军者,而且已经代表中国文化走出国门、走向世界。公司的每项产品都集中国传统茶文化、道家文化、品牌文化等各种优秀文化与一体,渗透着浓厚的文化色彩和人生哲学,由此可见,企业文化建设在竹叶青茶业有限公司的发展历程中尤为重要。同时,企业文化是一个企业的行为观念、意识形态、价值取向以及物质资源,决定着企业的所作所为,所言所行以及所思所想,关系的企业的兴衰荣辱。企业文化建设通过渗透到企业的管理、生产、经营等各个环节之中来提升企业的凝聚体、提高企业的经营效益以及企业产品的知名度等等。企业..文化建设作为一种无形资产在企业发展中的作用越来越重要。因此,竹叶青茶业有限公司的自身特点决定了企业文化建设在公司的战略规划中要占据比其它行业更为重要的地位。 公司在企业文化建设方面虽然取得了一定的成绩,但是缺陷也不容忽视。本文以经济学以及管理学的相关理论做指导,在阅读大量文献的基础之上,通过调查问卷的形式对竹叶青茶业有限公司的企业文化建设现状进行了深入地研究,探讨了公司内部建设符合企业发展战略的企业文化所存在的各种问题,最后提出了适合公司发展的企业文化建设的意见建议。本文为进一步优化和完善竹叶青茶业有限公司企业文化建设与管理提供了可靠的理论指导以及实践探索。
[Abstract]:From the solid start of 1998 to 2001, Bamboo Tea Co., Ltd. gradually perfect the channel strategy of the enterprise; From 2002, the company put forward the "normal" brand communication strategy, and in 2007, with the status of "Chinese and Western cultural exchange ambassador" into the European market, bamboo tea company has not only become the leader and leader in the tea industry. And has represented the Chinese culture out of the country, to the world. Every product of the company is composed of Chinese traditional tea culture, Taoist culture, brand culture and other excellent culture and integration, permeating a strong cultural color and philosophy of life, it can be seen, Enterprise culture construction is particularly important in the development of Zhuye Qing Tea Co., Ltd. At the same time, corporate culture is the concept of behavior, ideology, value orientation and material resources of an enterprise, which determines the rise and fall of the enterprise. The construction of enterprise culture can enhance the agglomeration of the enterprise, improve the efficiency of the enterprise and the popularity of the enterprise products by infiltrating into the management, production, management and other links of the enterprise. Enterprise As an intangible asset, cultural construction plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises. Therefore, the characteristics of Zhuyeqing Tea Co., Ltd. determine that the construction of corporate culture plays a more important role than other industries in the strategic planning of the company. Although the company has made some achievements in the construction of corporate culture, but the defects can not be ignored. Guided by the relevant theories of economics and management, this paper, on the basis of reading a large number of documents, makes an in-depth study on the present situation of the corporate culture construction of Zhuyeqing Tea Industry Co., Ltd., through the form of questionnaire. This paper probes into the various problems existing in the construction of corporate culture in line with the enterprise development strategy, and finally puts forward some suggestions for the construction of the enterprise culture suitable for the development of the company. This paper provides reliable theoretical guidance and practical exploration for further optimizing and perfecting the construction and management of enterprise culture in Zhuyeqing Tea Industry Co., Ltd.
