中石化国际化经营中跨文化管理研究

【摘要】:石油是一种重要的战略资源。随着经济全球化、一体化进程的不断加快,石油企业进行国际化经营,在全球范围内配置资源,提升效益,推进发展,从事跨国生产经营活动,在跨越国界、进入他国的同时,也超越了民族、跨越了文化。因此,石油企业国际化经营必然将面对不同国家、不同组织、不同企业等不同文化体系带来的碰撞、摩擦,具体讲就是文化差异造成的。就国际化经营企业来讲,文化差异既有积极的一面,推动企业的发展;又有消极的一面,处理不当影响企业的正常运转。跨文化管理、实现企业文化融合正是企业国际化发展的需要,势在必行。 20世纪末,特别是中国加入WTO后,越来越多的中国石油企业积极实施“走出去”的国际化战略。石油企业在国际化经营发展中,走出国门,实现发展,面临一个形势、一个新的文化环境。同时,中石化石油企业所处国情、发展历程、企业文化具有一定的特殊性,从而使中石化石油企业跨国经营面临新的挑战。因此,加强跨文化管理研究,对于中石化石油企业并购重组、国际化经营,实现“跨文化”发展,促进企业文化的融合,具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。 在深入总结自己多年海外跨文化工作经验,对跨文化管理理论研究学习的基础上,以充分认识企业文化的重要作用为前提,从中石化石油企业文化的形成发展入手,研究了中石化石油企业文化的特征,与国外企业文化的差异,对四种文化管理模式系统分析、比较选择,从中石化石油企业跨国国际化经营的实际出发,探索出了具有中国特色的、适应石油企业的文化管理模式,并提出了跨文化管理、实现企业文化融合的对策,以促进我国石油企业国际化经营健康发展。
[Abstract]:Petroleum is an important strategic resource. With the globalization of economy and the accelerating process of integration, petroleum enterprises operate internationally, allocate resources globally, promote efficiency, promote development, engage in transnational production and management activities, cross national borders and enter into other countries at the same time. Also transcends the nation, has crossed the culture. Therefore, the international management of petroleum enterprises will inevitably face the collision and friction brought by different cultural systems, such as different countries, different organizations and different enterprises, which is caused by cultural differences. As far as international enterprises are concerned, cultural differences have both positive side and negative side, which affect the normal operation of enterprises. Cross-cultural management and the integration of corporate culture are the needs of the development of enterprise internationalization. At the end of the 20th century, especially after China's entry into WTO, More and more Chinese oil enterprises actively implement the international strategy of "going out". In the development of international management, petroleum enterprises are facing a new situation and a new cultural environment. At the same time, Sinopec petroleum enterprises in the national conditions, development process, enterprise culture has certain particularity, which makes Sinopec petroleum enterprises face new challenges. Therefore, it is of great realistic and far-reaching significance to strengthen cross-cultural management research for Sinopec petroleum enterprises to merge and reorganize, internationalize management, realize "cross-cultural" development, and promote the integration of enterprise culture. On the basis of summarizing the experience of overseas cross-cultural work for many years and studying the theory of cross-cultural management, and on the premise of fully understanding the important role of enterprise culture, this paper starts with the formation and development of Sinopec petroleum enterprise culture. This paper studies the characteristics of Sinopec's petroleum enterprise culture, the difference between Sinopec's petroleum enterprise culture and foreign enterprise's culture, analyzes and compares the four cultural management modes, and proceeds from the reality of Sinopec's transnational international operation. This paper explores the cultural management mode with Chinese characteristics and adapts to petroleum enterprises, and puts forward the countermeasures of cross-cultural management to realize the integration of enterprise culture, so as to promote the healthy development of international management of Chinese petroleum enterprises.
