积极推动煤炭行业脱困

【摘要】：目前,我国煤炭行业严重亏损,既有市场需求下降、供求失衡,也有煤炭工业转型升级滞后、相关领域改革不到位、税费负担与历史包袱较重等因素,但最为突出的是产能结构性过剩。一些地区违法违规建设生产的现象比较突出,更加剧了供大于求矛盾。在这一严峻形势下,多策并举、处理好政府与市场的关系成为重中之重。
[Abstract]:At present, China's coal industry has suffered serious losses, such as a drop in market demand, an imbalance between supply and demand, a lag in the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry, a lack of reform in related fields, a heavy burden of taxes and fees and a heavy historical burden, etc. But most prominent is the structural overcapacity. The phenomenon of illegal construction and production in some regions is more prominent, exacerbating the contradiction between supply and demand. In this grim situation, multi-measures to deal with the relationship between the government and the market become the top priority.
