精益生产在DL公司的应用研究

【摘要】：精益生产作为一种公认具有先进性的生产方式,自诞生以来,其体系已发展了60余年,在世界范围内得到不断的丰富和完善,并最终发展成为较为完整的先进生产管理技术和方法体系,在世界范围内,引起越来越多的关注。 关于精益生产,在我国企业界和学术机构已进行了一定程度的研究,并且得到了广泛的应用和推广,在中小民营企业,虽然大家都知道精益是很好的生产组织方法,降低成本,增加利润,但能真正使之应用于企业并产生实际价值的案例却并不多,很难说精益生产得到了有效运用。 DL公司是一家有二十年历史的中小民营电动工具企业,也在探索实施精益生产方法,以达到降低成本,提高竞争力的目的。本文介绍了精益生产的理论,并以精益生产工具和思想为指导,对DL公司的现状进行分析,先找到影响精益生产的主要问题及其形成原因,然后就对如何解决这几个主要问题进行研究并提供解决方法,阐述在DL公司推行精益生产的方法,最后总结出进一步推广的计划以及经验总结。本文力图以精益生产在中小民营企业推行的经验,为同样的探索精益生产的中小企业提供方法和规律的参考。
[Abstract]:Lean production is a recognized and advanced production mode , since its birth , its system has been developed for more than 60 years , has been enriched and perfected in the world , and finally developed into a more complete advanced production management technology and method system , which has caused more and more attention in the world .
With regard to lean production , a certain degree of research has been carried out in enterprises and academic institutions in our country , and has been widely applied and promoted . In small and medium - sized private enterprises , it is difficult to say that lean production has been effectively applied , although it is known that the lean benefit is a good production organization method , the cost is reduced and the profit is increased .
DL Company is a small and medium - sized private electric tool enterprise with two decades of history . It also explores the implementation of lean production methods to achieve the goal of reducing costs and improving competitiveness . This paper introduces the theory of lean production and analyzes the current situation of DL Company by using lean production tools and ideas .
