FZ公司成品油直分销业务管理研究

【摘要】:随着中国经济持续的高速增长和汽车工业的快速发展,中国的成品油消费市场也经历了快速发展的阶段,我国成品油市场进一步开放,市场竞争日趋激烈。如何成为这一市场的主导者,保持竞争中的优势地位,是该市场中每个参与企业面临的巨大挑战。 本文运用文献研究法、对比分析法、实践结合法以及SWOT分析法在深入研究FZ公司直分销业务现状及存在问题的基础上,利用市场营销的理论对FZ公司直分销业务存在的问题进行进一步梳理和分析,提出自己在如何改进成品油直分销业务方面的一些思路和看法,为提高FZ公司成品油直分销业绩提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:With the sustained rapid growth of Chinese economy and the rapid development of automobile industry, China's refined oil consumption market has also experienced a rapid development stage, China's refined oil market further opened up, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. How to become the dominant player in this market and maintain the dominant position in the competition is a great challenge for each participating enterprise in this market. In this paper, based on the literature research, comparative analysis, practice combination and SWOT analysis, the current situation and existing problems of FZ direct distribution business are deeply studied. Using the theory of marketing, this paper further combs and analyzes the problems existing in FZ Company's direct distribution business, and puts forward some ideas and views on how to improve the direct distribution business of refined oil. In order to improve the direct distribution of FZ oil products to provide a certain reference.
