基于全球视角下中国半导体产业发展战略研究

【摘要】:自1947年第一颗晶体管在贝尔实验室诞生以来,半导体产业发展到现在已有六十多年。作为战略性的核心产业,各国都争相发展本国的半导体产业,从而带动了整个电子信息产业的发展,改变了世界的面貌。 本文通过分析全球半导体产业的发展状况和发展趋势,再结合我国半导体行业的实际情况,对我国半导体产业进行了全面的战略研究,并从战略执行层面提出了建议。 在全球半导体产业分析中,利用了行业分析的常用方法,从行业的市场规模、市场增长速度、竞争角逐的范围、行业在成长周期中目前所处的阶段、主要竞争厂家的数量和规模等方面进行了分析,并借用战略分析工具波特五力模型对整个行业的竞争结构进行了分析,较全面的剖析了全球半导体产业的现状。 接着介绍我国半导体产业的发展历程,并从设计、制造、封装测试等产业链角度,以及全国产业的分布情况进行分析,,利用SWOT模型对我国的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行梳理,详细阐述了我国的半导体产业的能力和潜力。 最后从战略执行的高度,利用钻石模型从各个相互关联因素分析了我国半导体产业整个生态系统的状况,提出了不足之处以及改进办法。针对当前以应用和市场驱动半导体产业的现状,提出了应用驱动战略模型。接着提出了金字塔式战略模型,分别从成本领先战略、集中一点战略、整合战略和市场应用创新战略,全方位的提出本文的战略构想,并给出了战略实施建议。 通过全文的分析,可以看到尽管我国发展半导体产业仍然困难重重,但是只要合理利用自身的优势,扬长避短,利用全球半导体产业新的发展契机,我国在半导体产业发展上仍然大有可为。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of the first transistor in Bell Labs in 1947, the semiconductor industry has been developed for more than 60 years. As a strategic core industry, all countries are scrambling to develop their own semiconductor industry, thus driving the development of the whole electronic information industry and changing the face of the world. Based on the analysis of the development and trend of the global semiconductor industry and the actual situation of the semiconductor industry in China, this paper makes a comprehensive strategic study of the semiconductor industry in China, and puts forward some suggestions from the strategic execution level. In the analysis of the global semiconductor industry, the common methods of industry analysis are used, from the market scale of the industry, the speed of market growth, the scope of competition, and the current stage of the industry's growth cycle. This paper analyzes the quantity and scale of the main competitive manufacturers, and analyzes the competition structure of the whole industry by using the strategic analysis tool Porter's five-force model, and comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the global semiconductor industry. Then it introduces the development course of China's semiconductor industry, and analyzes the industrial chain of design, manufacturing, packaging and testing, as well as the distribution of the national industry, and combs the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of our country by using SWOT model. The capacity and potential of China's semiconductor industry are described in detail. Finally, from the perspective of strategy implementation, the paper analyzes the situation of the whole ecosystem of semiconductor industry in China by using diamond model from various interrelated factors, and puts forward some shortcomings and improvement methods. Aiming at the current situation of semiconductor industry driven by application and market, the application driven strategy model is put forward. Then put forward the pyramid strategic model, respectively from the cost leading strategy, concentration strategy, integration strategy and market application innovation strategy, put forward the strategic concept of this paper, and give the strategic implementation suggestions. Through the analysis of the full text, we can see that although there are still many difficulties in developing semiconductor industry in our country, as long as we make rational use of our own advantages, exploit our strengths and circumvent our weaknesses, and take advantage of the new opportunities for the development of the global semiconductor industry, There is still much to be desired in the development of the semiconductor industry in China.
