上海通汇公司汽车零部件物流配送服务能力提升研究

【摘要】:随着社会分工的加剧与制造业的发展,汽车零部件生产逐渐从整车厂中分离出来,伴随着汽车零部件的剥离,物流行业也产生出专门针对汽车零部件服务的汽车零部件物流。汽车零部件物流涉及运输、存储、包装、装卸搬运、配送、流通加工及信息处理等所有物流职能活动,是一个复杂且具有高度专业性的物流体系。目前,国外的汽车厂商几乎都在使用第三方物流服务商,没有使用第三方物流服务商的厂商也正加速将物流活动外包。在我国汽车零部件物流外包服务业也正逐渐形成趋势,成立了一批专业的汽车零部件物流公司,但鉴于发展时间较短等问题,国内汽车零部件物流公司呈现出良莠不齐的状况。 上海通汇汽车零部件配送中心有限公司(以下简称RDC)是国内专业化的具有一定规模的第三方汽车零部件物流服务企业,能够为汽车制造商提供网络化、一体化、技术化的物流服务。目前,公司承担上海通用汽车有限公司(以下简称SGM)金桥厂区的零部件配送服务,包括零件接收、零件存储、零件再包装、零件排序、零件发运、库存控制以及各类项目零件的处理。近年来,随着国内整车制造业的不断成熟和消费者需求的增加、消费需求多样化的发展,SGM产量不断上升,车型种类也不断增加,RDC作为其配送中心也取得了长足的发展。但是随着国民经济水平的不断提高以及汽车市场的不断完善,在未来一段时间内SGM的产量将会继续提升,同时随着消费者需求个性化的加剧以及汽车细分市场的进一步发展,SGM的产品种类也将不断变化,SGM产量以及车型的变动反映在其配送中心就是需求的动态化。 随着劳动力、土地以及能源价格的不断上涨,我国的第三方物流企业面临着巨大的成本压力,尤其是资产类的第三方物流服务企业。本文将从RDC的角度出发,结合现有汽车零部件物流市场的特点,探讨在SGM产能与品种不断变化的情况下,如何进一步提升汽车零部件物流服务能力。本文运用SWOT分析法,分析RDC内部的优势和劣势以及RDC所在环境的发展机会与潜在威胁,并根据以上分析结果得出RDC进一步提高配送能力的策略。 流通加工是在物品流通过程中根据需要进行的简单加工活动,流通加工创造了物品的形态价值,是物流活动的基本功能之一,在物流活动中发挥着重要作用。自动化配送是以立体仓库为基础,综合运用计算机技术、自动化技术和机械技术于一体的自动化、智能化的物流配送系统,能够有效的减少土地成本和劳动力成本,提高物流配送的可靠性,同时提高物流效率。本文将重点从发展流通加工业务与建设立体仓库、实现自动化配送的角度,结合RDC现有业务,对RDC如何进一步提升汽车零部件物流服务能力进行探讨。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of social division of labor and the development of manufacturing industry, automobile parts production is gradually separated from the whole vehicle factory. With the stripping of automobile parts, the logistics industry has also produced a special automobile parts logistics for auto parts services. Automobile parts logistics involves transportation, storage, packaging, loading and unloading, distribution, circulation and processing, information processing and other logistics functions, is a complex and highly specialized logistics system. At present, almost all foreign automobile manufacturers are using third party logistics service providers, and those who do not use third party logistics service providers are also speeding up outsourcing of logistics activities. In China, automobile parts logistics outsourcing service industry is also gradually forming a trend, set up a number of professional automotive parts logistics companies, but in view of the development of short time problems, domestic automotive parts logistics companies show mixed situation. Shanghai Tonghui Auto parts Distribution Center Co., Ltd (RDC) is a professional third-party automobile parts logistics service enterprise in China, which can provide network and integration for automobile manufacturers. Technical logistics service. At present, the company is responsible for the parts distribution service of Jinqiao factory area of Shanghai General Motors Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as SGM), including parts receiving, parts storage, parts repackaging, parts sorting, parts shipping, Inventory control and processing of all kinds of project parts. In recent years, with the continuous maturity of domestic vehicle manufacturing industry and the increase of consumer demand, SGM output has been increasing with the diversification of consumer demand, and RDC as its distribution center has made great progress. However, with the continuous improvement of the national economy and the continuous improvement of the automobile market, the output of SGM will continue to increase in the coming period. At the same time, with the aggravation of consumer demand and the further development of automobile subdivision market, SGM's product types will also change continuously, and the changes of SGM output and models will be reflected in the dynamic demand in its distribution center. With the rising of labor, land and energy prices, the third party logistics enterprises in our country are facing enormous cost pressure, especially the third party logistics service enterprises of assets. From the point of view of RDC and combining with the characteristics of the existing automobile parts logistics market, this paper discusses how to further improve the service capacity of automobile parts logistics under the condition of the continuous change of SGM production capacity and variety. In this paper, SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses of RDC, as well as the development opportunities and potential threats of the RDC environment. Based on the above analysis results, the strategies for further improving the distribution capability of RDC are obtained. Circulation processing is a simple processing activity which is carried out according to the need in the process of goods circulation. Circulation processing creates the form value of goods and is one of the basic functions of logistics activities and plays an important role in logistics activities. Automatic distribution is an automatic and intelligent logistics distribution system based on three-dimensional warehouse, which integrates computer technology, automation technology and mechanical technology. It can effectively reduce land cost and labor cost. Improve the reliability of logistics distribution, and improve the efficiency of logistics. From the point of view of developing circulation and processing business, building three-dimensional warehouse and realizing automatic distribution, this paper discusses how RDC can further improve the logistics service ability of automobile parts and components in combination with the existing business of RDC.
