YC电力公司员工满意度现状研究及激励方案设计

【摘要】:当前的社会经济和市场发展迅速,学者们的研究越来越多的关注到员工的工作满意度上,而且主要关注的领域就是员工的工作满意度和员工个体的工作绩效之间的影响关系,关于这些不同的学者得出的结论不同。近年来我国学者刚刚开始对工作满意度进行研究,主要是想探讨对于员工工作满意度的影响因素以及与员工个体工作绩效的相互影响上,员工的工作满意度是一个综合复杂多变的体系,这一体系中对于工作满意度有许多影响因素,同时工作满意度对于个体和整体绩效有重要的影响,因此许多的研究者对员工的工作满意度进行了更加深刻的研究。 激励就是指对特定的目标对象给予物质刺激和精神鼓励等手段的综合运用,使员工能够认可领导者的方法和目的,激发员工的潜力为二工作不断的努力最终实现整体目标的一个过程。激励体系一般包括两个方面:物质上的刺激和精神上的鼓励。一个具有良好激励的效果的体系有助于广泛吸收人才挽留住优秀的员工,鼓励员工开发自身潜力,发挥自身的聪明才智,为实现组织目标而不断发挥自身的努力,从而提高员工的整体素质,最终有利于组织更高目标的实现。 本文的研究对象是YC电力公司的员工,通过阅读国内外相关文献、整理网络信息等,开发了员工满意度在国有企业下的分析量表。同时以YC电力公司的员工为视角,发放问卷进行调查,回收问卷后进行数据的整理,采用的方法主要是理论调查和实证分析相结合进行研究,本文的研究方法主要由以下几种:文献的阅读和梳理、问卷的发放和回收、数据的统计和整理,结论及方案设计。得到了数据说明YC电力公司企业员工工作满意度的现状,进行了问题的分析和因素的讨论,了解和认识员工工作满意度的影响因素。通过调查分析企业员工满意度现状,分析哪些因素影响员工满意度,根据此基础提出相应的改进措施,设计有针对性的激励方案,这对于提高YC公司乃至同类型的国有大中型企业的工作绩效具有较强的现实意义。 本文的研究成果是了解了YC电力公司员工工作满意度的现状,不同的部门、不同类型的员工、不同年龄和不同学历的员工工作满意度存在的差异,并且从不同的视角下找出影响员工工作满意度的因素,以此为基础提出激励体制的设计方案,该方案可以更好地针对不同满意度水平的员工进行激励,以便更好地激发员工的工作潜力,调动员工的工作积极性,提高满意度的同时推动工作绩效的提高,由此提高企业的整体绩效,更快的实现最终的战略目标。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and market, scholars pay more and more attention to the employee's job satisfaction, and the main area of concern is the relationship between the employee's job satisfaction and the employee's individual job performance. Different scholars come to different conclusions about these. In recent years, Chinese scholars have just begun to study the job satisfaction, mainly to explore the factors that affect the employees' job satisfaction and the interaction between them and their individual job performance. The employee's job satisfaction is a complex and changeable system. In this system, there are many factors affecting the job satisfaction, and the job satisfaction has an important impact on the individual and the overall performance. Therefore, many researchers have done more profound research on employee job satisfaction. Motivation refers to the comprehensive use of means such as material stimulation and spiritual encouragement to a specific target to enable employees to recognize the method and purpose of a leader. The process of motivating the employee's potential as a continuous effort to achieve the overall goal of the second job. Incentive system generally includes two aspects: material stimulation and spiritual encouragement. A system with good motivational effects helps to attract people to retain outstanding staff, encourage them to develop their potential, develop their talents, and make continuous efforts to achieve organizational goals. To improve the overall quality of staff, ultimately conducive to the realization of higher organizational goals. The research object of this paper is the employees of YC Electric Power Company. By reading the relevant literature at home and abroad and sorting out the network information, the paper develops the analysis scale of employee satisfaction in state-owned enterprises. At the same time, from the perspective of YC Electric Power Company employees, the questionnaire is sent out, and the data is sorted out after the questionnaire is collected. The main methods are the combination of theoretical investigation and empirical analysis. The research methods of this paper are as follows: reading and combing of literature, distribution and recovery of questionnaire, statistics and arrangement of data, conclusion and scheme design. The present situation of employee job satisfaction in YC Electric Power Company is illustrated, and the problem analysis and factor discussion are carried out to understand and understand the influencing factors of employee job satisfaction. Through investigation and analysis of the status quo of employee satisfaction in enterprises, the author analyzes what factors affect employee satisfaction, puts forward corresponding improvement measures according to this foundation, and designs targeted incentive schemes. It is of practical significance to improve the work performance of YC Company and even the same type of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. The research result of this paper is to understand the present situation of YC electric power company employees' job satisfaction, the difference of different departments, different types of employees, different ages and different degrees of employees' job satisfaction, And from different perspectives to find out the factors affecting employee job satisfaction, and based on this proposed incentive system design, this scheme can be better targeted at different levels of employee incentive. In order to better stimulate the work potential of employees, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, improve satisfaction and promote the improvement of job performance, so as to improve the overall performance of the enterprise, and achieve the final strategic goal more quickly.
