九阳生物人力资源战略研究

【摘要】:人力资源是组织在一定范围内作为生产性要素投入到社会经济活动的全部劳动人员的总和。随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,企业之间的竞争越来越表现为人才的竞争,人力资源被视为企业最宝贵的战略资源。在实践中,为适应环境的变化,需要对企业发展战略进行调整,人力资源战略服务于发展战略,为发展战略制定提供信息,是发展战略目标实现的有力保障。 本文借助SW0T矩阵分析的方法,通过对九阳生物的基本现状、人力资源、人力资源管理职能等的系统分析,研究和确定公司的人力资源管理战略的目标,并依据现代人力资源管理战略理论,建立分层分类的战略性人力资源管理系统,同时制定了九阳生物人力资源管理战略具体的实施方案。 本文共分为六个章节。第一章通过描述生物医药产业的背景和九阳生物的现状及问题,分析对公司进行人力资源管理战略研究的必要性和迫切性。同时阐述了国内外人力资源管理战略的发展现状,提出本文建立公司人力资源管理战略拟应用的观点、方法以及本文研究的技术路线。第二章主要对人力资源管理理论以及人力资源战略管理理论进行了阐述。第三章分析了公司所面临的外部环境以及公司人力资源的发展现状,指出九阳生物人力资源管理存在的内部优势和劣势。进而列出公司人力资源战略的SW0T分析矩阵。第四章主要确定公司人力资源管理战略制定的原则,明确公司人力资源管理战略的目标以及人力资源战略的基本内容,从人才引进、绩效管理、薪酬管理、培训管理、企业文化等方面进行了公司人力资源管理职能战略的制定。第五章探讨了公司人力资源管理战略实施的基本思路、切入点和主要措施。第六章全文总结,归纳了本文的研究结论。 本论文的研究成果对九阳生物的发展具有重要的现实的意义,同时对生物医药行业的企业人力资源管理也具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Human resource is the sum total of all the workers who are put into social and economic activities as productive factors within a certain range. With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, the competition among enterprises is more and more reflected in the competition of talents. Human resources are regarded as the most valuable strategic resources of enterprises. In practice, in order to adapt to the change of environment, it is necessary to adjust the enterprise development strategy. The human resource strategy serves the development strategy and provides information for the development strategy formulation, which is the powerful guarantee for the realization of the development strategy goal. With the help of SW0T matrix analysis, this paper studies and determines the objectives of the company's human resource management strategy through the systematic analysis of the basic status of Jiuyang biology and the functions of human resources management. Based on the theory of modern human resource management strategy, the strategic human resource management system with hierarchical classification is established, and the specific implementation scheme of Jiuyang biological human resource management strategy is also worked out. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter analyzes the necessity and urgency of the research on the strategy of human resource management by describing the background of biomedical industry and the current situation and problems of Jiuyang biology. At the same time, the development status of human resource management strategy at home and abroad is expounded, and the viewpoint, method and technical route of this paper are put forward to establish the human resource management strategy of the company. The second chapter mainly expounds the theory of human resource management and the theory of human resource strategic management. The third chapter analyzes the external environment and the present situation of the company's human resources management, and points out the internal advantages and disadvantages of Jiuyang biological human resources management. Then lists the SW0T analysis matrix of the company's human resources strategy. The fourth chapter mainly determines the principles of the human resource management strategy, defines the objectives of the human resource management strategy and the basic content of the human resources strategy, from the talent introduction, performance management, salary management, training management, Corporate culture and other aspects of the company's human resources management function strategy formulation. The fifth chapter discusses the basic ideas, entry points and main measures of the implementation of human resources management strategy. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text, summarizes the research conclusion of this paper. The research results of this paper have important practical significance to the development of Jiuyang biology, and also have certain reference significance to the enterprise human resource management of biological medicine industry.
