CDFJ工业公司员工激励研究

【摘要】:一个完善、科学的激励方案对于企业的发展是极为重要的,特别是在调动员工积极性方面。然而,在激励方案的运用方面,CDFJ工业公司存在着一些问题。例如激励形式单一,评定程序不科学等。这些问题影响到该企业的发展,也影响到队伍的建设。对此,笔者希望通过对CDFJ工业公司激励方案的研究,以了解激励方案的运用情况会对企业的发展产生什么样的影响。同时,通过对本文的学习,也加深笔者对这一领域知识的理解。 本文以CDFJ工业公司作为研究课题,认真总结了国内外关于激励方案的相关研究以及所涉及的理论,如科学管理、人际关系、双因素理论等。通过对案例公司的实地调查,了解员工对于公司激励的看法,发现公司的激励方案问题。同时,为了让论文观点有理有据,笔者通过问卷调查的方式,对员工的激励满意度进行了调查,总结了相关问题,并提出完善的建议,如对激励方案进行设计等。 本文共分为五个部分。在这一部分里介绍了本文的研究背景,研究思路与方法,研究内容及论文构架等;在第二部分综述了激励的概念,激励方案的基本理论以及国内外关于激励方案的研究状况;在第三部分对CDFJ工业公司员工激励方案现状以及存在问题分析:在第四部分对CDFJ工业公司员工激励方案提出了改进建议;最后一部分介绍了相关配套措施。在结论部分对本文的研究重点进行陈述,并提出展望与不足。
[Abstract]:A perfect and scientific incentive scheme is very important for the development of enterprises, especially in motivating employees. However, there are some problems in the use of incentive schemes. For example, the form of incentive is single, the evaluation procedure is not scientific, and so on. These problems affect the development of the enterprise, but also affect the construction of the team. In view of this, the author hopes that through the research on the incentive scheme of CDFJ Industrial Company, we can find out what kind of influence the application of incentive scheme will have on the development of the enterprise. At the same time, through the study of this paper, I also deepen the understanding of this field of knowledge. In this paper, CDFJ Industrial Corporation is taken as the research subject, and the relevant research and theories about incentive schemes at home and abroad are summarized, such as scientific management, interpersonal relationship, two-factor theory and so on. Through the field investigation of the case company, we find out the problem of the incentive plan of the company. At the same time, in order to make the thesis point of view reasonable, the author investigated the employee's incentive satisfaction degree by questionnaire, summarized the related problems, and put forward some perfect suggestions, such as the design of incentive scheme and so on. This paper is divided into five parts. In this part, it introduces the research background, the research ideas and methods, the research contents and the structure of the paper, etc. In the second part, it summarizes the concept of incentive, the basic theory of incentive scheme and the research status of incentive scheme at home and abroad. In the third part, the author analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the employee incentive scheme of CDFJ Industrial Company. In the fourth part, the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the employee incentive scheme of CDFJ Industrial Company, and introduces the relevant supporting measures in the last part. In the conclusion part, the emphasis of this paper is stated, and the prospect and deficiency are put forward.
