技术效率、技术进步与就业——基于中国制造业动态面板数据的经验研究

【摘要】：运用DEA方法测度了1998—2007年中国制造业28个行业的技术进步、技术效率和技术变化,在此基础上验证了技术进步、技术效率、技术进步和就业变动的关系。结果表明,中国制造业技术进步与就业正相关。从行业内部看,中低技术行业中技术进步促进了就业需求,而高中技术行业,行业垄断程度高,技术变化增长明显,但是技术效率低下,不利于改善这些行业就业吸纳能力。
[Abstract]:This paper uses DEA method to measure the technological progress, technical efficiency and technological change in 28 industries of Chinese manufacturing industry from 1998 to 2007. On this basis, it verifies the relationship between technological progress, technological efficiency, technological progress and employment change. The results show that the technological progress of Chinese manufacturing industry is positively related to employment. From the perspective of the industry, technological progress promotes the employment demand in the middle and low technology industries, while the high school technology industry has a high degree of monopoly and obvious technological changes, but the technical efficiency is low, which is not conducive to improving the employment absorption ability of these industries.
