重塑文州钢铁有限公司企业文化

【摘要】:企业文化是企业在发展中形成的一种企业员工共享的经营理念、经营思想、企业精神、价值观念和行为准则,是推动企业发展的不歇动力。如果公司法人治理结构、产权、管理体系、组织机构看作为企业的“硬件”,那么企业文化则是“软件”。公司没有形成一个共同的价值观和理想,思想观念没有相应的引导和约束下,单纯的机制和制度约束是不可能达到预期目标的。因此,企业文化是企业发展的灵魂,是构建企业组织的重要“基因”。作为新建成立的新公司,首要就是需构建自身的文化基因,找到自身的企业灵魂。本文以文州钢铁有限公司企业文化重塑为研究课题,凭借企业文化研究理论的支持,以改善文州钢铁有限公司经营现状为目的,围绕着实现“从2013年亏损12亿元,到2015年实现盈利”目标展开研究,从中找出文州钢铁有限公司存在的问题和面临的挑战,并通过塑造统一的企业文化来促使目标最终实现。由于构建企业文化是实现企业可持续发展的基础,本文首先对企业文化的内涵、形成过程,国内外企业文化变革理论、不同企业文化整合间的冲突及重要性;通过对集团公司、文州钢铁有限公司现有文化的研究,阐述文州钢铁企业文化的建设情况、存在问题,从而提出了重塑文州钢铁有限公司企业文化的原则以及实施内容、有效途径。本文特点在于针对文州钢铁有限公司如何尽快扭转亏损局面这一课题,从整体和系统的角度对文州钢铁有限公司企业文化重塑的理论、重塑的目标、原则、体系与方法进行深入的研究,并做到了理论与实践的有机结合。
[Abstract]:Enterprise culture is a kind of management idea, management thought, enterprise spirit, value concept and code of conduct, which is formed in the development of enterprise, and it is the driving force to promote the development of enterprise. If corporate governance structure, property right, management system and organization are regarded as "hardware", then corporate culture is "software". The company does not form a common value and ideal, the ideological concept without the corresponding guidance and constraints, simple mechanism and system constraints is impossible to achieve the desired goal. Therefore, corporate culture is the soul of enterprise development and an important gene to construct enterprise organization. As a new company, it is necessary to build its own cultural genes and find its own soul. This paper focuses on the corporate culture reconstruction of Wenzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., with the support of the theory of corporate culture research, and aims to improve the present operating situation of Wenzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and focuses on the realization of "loss of 1.2 billion yuan from 2013," The goal of achieving profitability by 2015 is studied to find out the problems and challenges faced by Wenzhou Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., and to achieve the goal by shaping a unified corporate culture. As the construction of corporate culture is the basis for the sustainable development of enterprises, this paper first of all, the connotation of corporate culture, the formation process, the theory of corporate culture change at home and abroad, the conflict and importance of different corporate culture integration. This paper studies the existing culture of Wenzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., expounds the construction situation and existing problems of Wenzhou iron and steel enterprise culture, and puts forward the principles, contents and effective ways of remolding the enterprise culture of Wenzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The characteristics of this paper lie in how to reverse the situation of loss as soon as possible in Wenzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., from the whole and systematic point of view, this paper discusses the theory, goal and principle of corporate culture remodeling of Wenzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The system and method are deeply studied, and the organic combination of theory and practice is achieved.
