四方继保公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:电力行业是国民经济发展的基础行业之一,尤其是中国经济改革的进一步深化,信息化、智能化的高速发展为我国的电力行业特别是电力设备行业提供了更加广阔的发展空间。而目前国内电力设备制造企业自身还存在着一系列的问题,与国外领先的跨国电气设备厂家相比在国内市场有一定的优势,但核心竞争力不够明显,在技术引领、市场开拓等很多方面还有待进一步改进。本文按以下思路来行文:首先指出四方继保发展战略的研究背景、目的及意义,提出分析研究战略基本框架;接着为理论综述及概念解释,对现有战略管理及电力设备行业的相关理论进行整理归纳并对相关概念进行界定;第三,分析四方继保公司的经营环境,对宏观、中观和微观环境进行深入分析;第四,为四方继保公司进行SWOT分析,第五,四方继保公司价值链分析和利润预测,第六,企业发展战略的制定,选择四方继保股份公司上市后十年的发展战略,并指出战略实施要点。最后提出本文的主要结论和启示。本文通过深入分析四方继保公司面临的宏观环境、中观环境以及四方继保公司与竞争者的经营现状对比,确定四方继保公司未来的发展战略重点,并对其提出相应的战略实施对策,作者希望该论文的研究对四方继保公司的发展有一定的启示与借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Electric power industry is one of the basic industries in the development of national economy, especially the further deepening of China's economic reform, the rapid development of information technology and intelligence provides a broader development space for China's electric power industry, especially the electric power equipment industry. At present, there are still a series of problems in the domestic power equipment manufacturing enterprises. Compared with the leading multinational electric equipment manufacturers abroad, they have some advantages in the domestic market, but the core competitiveness is not obvious enough, leading in the technology. Market development and many other aspects still need to be further improved. This paper is based on the following ideas: firstly, it points out the background, purpose and significance of the development strategy of Sifang Jiapeng, puts forward the basic framework of the analysis and research strategy, and then explains the theory and concept. The existing strategic management and power equipment industry related theories are summarized and related concepts are defined; third, analysis of the business environment of Sifang Jiapeng Insurance Company, macro, meso and micro environment in-depth analysis; fourth, SWOT analysis is carried out for Sifang Jiapeng Company. Fifth, the value chain analysis and profit forecast of Sifang Jipeng Insurance Company. Sixth, the formulation of the enterprise development strategy, the selection of the development strategy of Sifang Jiapeng Insurance Co., Ltd. Ten years after listing, and the key points of the strategy implementation are pointed out. Finally, the main conclusions and enlightenment of this paper are put forward. Based on the in-depth analysis of the macro environment, the meso environment and the comparison of the management situation between Sifang Jipeng Insurance Company and its competitors, this paper determines the key points of the future development strategy of Sifang Jipeng Co., Ltd. The author hopes that the research of this paper will have some enlightenment and reference to the development of Sifang Jiapeng Insurance Company.
