宝通钢铁电气备件采购管理分析及改善研究

【摘要】:21世纪初期,国内钢铁市场行情非常好,钢材价格一直呈上扬势头,钢铁企业规模也相应扩大,国内也新增了很多小型钢厂,导致产能过剩,钢材价格成下降趋势。再受2008年美国次贷危机和2009年欧债危机的双重影响,对国内钢铁市场来说,无疑是雪上加霜,,形势变得更加严峻。 在这种情况下,由于原辅料、铁矿石的价格高居不下,宝通钢铁开始关注采购管理,实现成本控制,希望通过倒逼机制,改善采购管理,内部挖潜,降低采购成本,降低生产成本以缓解危机。因此,改善备件采购管理对宝通钢铁的发展具有重要的现实意义。 本文首先总结了国内外关于采购、供应链、备件管理等方面的研究成果,阐述了宝通钢铁供应商管理和备件采购现状,发现物料管理、寻源管理、执行管理、库存管理、质量管理五方面存在的问题及原因进行了分析,针对这些问题提出了采购管理优化改进方案。通过理顺宝通钢铁内部关系,确保备件物料的唯一性;通过优化备件的分类与采购策略,选择合适的供应商;通过优化供应商管理,建立长期合作的供需关系;建立电子商务网络采购系统,从而更有效的降低采购成本,控制备件库存,减少资金的积压,改善宝通钢铁现状。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 21st century, the domestic steel market is very good, steel prices have been rising, the scale of steel enterprises has also expanded accordingly, and many small steel plants have been added in China, resulting in overcapacity and a downward trend in steel prices. Further affected by the US subprime mortgage crisis in 2008 and the European debt crisis in 2009, the domestic steel market will undoubtedly be made worse and the situation will become more severe. Under such circumstances, due to the high price of iron ore due to raw and auxiliary materials, Baotong Iron and Steel began to pay attention to procurement management and realize cost control, hoping to improve procurement management, tap potential internally, and reduce procurement costs through the reverse mechanism. Reduce production costs to ease the crisis. Therefore, improving the management of spare parts procurement has important practical significance to the development of Baotong Iron and Steel. This paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign research results on procurement, supply chain, spare parts management and other aspects, expounds the current situation of Baotong steel supplier management and spare parts procurement, discovery material management, source finding management, executive management, inventory management, etc. This paper analyzes the problems and causes in five aspects of quality management, and puts forward the optimization and improvement scheme of purchasing management in view of these problems. Through straightening out the internal relationship of Baotong Iron and Steel to ensure the uniqueness of spare parts materials, by optimizing the classification of spare parts and procurement strategy, select the appropriate suppliers, through the optimization of supplier management, the establishment of long-term cooperation between supply and demand; The E-commerce network purchasing system is established to reduce the purchasing cost, control spare parts inventory, reduce the backlog of funds and improve the present situation of Baotong Iron and Steel Company.
