基于供应链管理的佛斯伯(天津)公司采购管理优化研究

【摘要】:21世纪是一个崭新的时代,人们的生活水平和消费指数都在快速的提升,科学的进步和生产力的提高为时代的发展奠定了基础。面临人们需求的多变,日益残酷的企业竞争,采购与供应链作为一种十分关键的外部资源在企业中体现出越来越重要的地位,企业供应链管理的竞争已经演变成企业间竞争的关键。此时,采购在供应链中的作用也越来越明显。 企业只有加强采购管理,并对与其相关联的数据库管理系统、质量和成本管理、采购流程、供应商管理、物流管理等进行适当的管理才能保证企业的竞争实力。 本文先全面的对供应链的含义加以阐述、归类并针对于供应链管理的含义,实施方法进行介绍,为本文奠定了理论基础。在阐述供应链及供应链管理的基础上详细介绍采购和采购管理的概念、实施流程、供应商管理、采购成本管理。对采购在供应链中的地位,采购及采购管理的概念进行阐述,并针对问题企业在供应链环境下采购管理中所遇到的挑战和机遇加以分析。提出了解决问题的方案,如采购流程的再造与完善、信息管理系统的组建与实施、供应商的开发与管理等。 本文最后以佛斯伯(天津)公司为案例进行研究,通过对供应商管理环境下的采购管理现状进行分析,指出目前存在的问题,,提出相应的解决方案。论文的研究结果对包括佛斯伯(天津)在内的中小生产型企业的采购管理和供应链管理工作起到一定的借鉴和比较作用。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is a new era, people's living standard and consumption index are improving rapidly. The progress of science and the improvement of productivity have laid the foundation for the development of the times. Facing the changing demand of people and the increasingly cruel competition of enterprises, procurement and supply chain, as a very important external resource, are becoming more and more important in enterprises. The competition of enterprise supply chain management has become the key of competition among enterprises. At this time, the role of procurement in the supply chain is becoming more and more obvious. Only by strengthening the purchasing management, and managing the database management system, quality and cost management, purchasing process, supplier management and logistics management can the enterprise's competitive strength be ensured. In this paper, the meaning of supply chain is expounded, and the meaning of supply chain management is classified, and the implementation method is introduced, which lays a theoretical foundation for this paper. Based on the introduction of supply chain and supply chain management, the concepts of purchasing and purchasing management, implementation process, supplier management and purchasing cost management are introduced in detail. This paper expounds the status of procurement in supply chain, the concepts of procurement and procurement management, and analyzes the challenges and opportunities encountered in the procurement management of problem enterprises in the supply chain environment. The solutions are put forward, such as the reengineering and improvement of purchasing process, the establishment and implementation of information management system, the development and management of suppliers, etc. In the end of this paper, the author takes Fosper (Tianjin) as a case study, analyzes the current situation of purchasing management in the environment of supplier management, points out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions. The results of this paper can be used for reference and comparison in procurement management and supply chain management of small and medium-sized production enterprises including Fosper (Tianjin).
