项目管理理论在供电企业管理咨询中的应用研究

【摘要】:供电企业是国民经济的支柱产业,对我国经济发展起到至关重要的作用。随着电力行业的不断发展,形成了的相对稳定的电网结构、组织结构、人员布局和资金布局。企业的规模越来越庞大,其管理的业务内容也日益复杂,管理的链条也不断加长。供电企业资产规模大,内部资源丰富,业务的快速增长掩盖了众多的管理问题。但随着企业的进一步发展,也面临着瓶颈问题。目前,急需解决管理所面临的各种问题,员工相对高收入和工作保障掩盖了不断提升技能和素质的挑战。同时,客户要求得不断提高,也急需提升企业的服务水平和质量。 借助管理咨询的能力来提高供电企业的经营水平是非常有效的手段。然而,供电企业在进行管理咨询的过程中存在很多问题,他们迫切需要找到一种方法来对咨询项目进行管理,这就为项目管理理论的应用提供了机遇。本文从项目管理理论出发,对其在供电企业咨询项日的管理过程中的应用提出了自己的见解,供电企业管理咨询的项目管理可以通过制定合理的项目总体计划、全过程的控制,实行系统地动态管理。最后本文对某供电企业的案例进行了较为深入地分析,为企业的实践提供了真实的参考依据。通过上述研究,可以看出项目管理理论在电力企业咨询项日管理中应用的研究不仅具有理论意义而且具有实用价值,对电力企业的管理以及经营效益的取得都有帮助,这一领域有着很大的发展空间。
[Abstract]:Power supply enterprise is the pillar industry of national economy, which plays a vital role in the economic development of our country. With the continuous development of power industry, relatively stable power grid structure, organizational structure, personnel layout and capital layout have been formed. The scale of the enterprise is getting larger and larger, the business content of its management is becoming more and more complex, and the chain of management is growing. Power supply enterprises have a large scale of assets, abundant internal resources, and the rapid growth of business masked many management problems. However, with the further development of enterprises, they are also facing the bottleneck problem. At present, there is an urgent need to solve all kinds of problems faced by management. The relative high income and job security cover up the challenge of improving skills and quality. At the same time, customer requirements are constantly improved, but also urgent to improve the service level and quality of enterprises. It is a very effective means to improve the management level of power supply enterprises by means of management consulting ability. However, there are many problems in the process of management consulting in power supply enterprises. They urgently need to find a way to manage the consulting project, which provides an opportunity for the application of project management theory. Based on the theory of project management, this paper puts forward some opinions on its application in the management process of power supply enterprise consulting project. The project management of power supply enterprise management consultation can be controlled by making a reasonable overall project plan and the whole process. Implement systematic and dynamic management. Finally, this paper makes a deep analysis of the case of a power supply enterprise, which provides a real reference for the practice of the enterprise. Through the above research, we can see that the research of the application of project management theory in the daily management of consulting project in electric power enterprises has not only theoretical significance but also practical value, which is helpful to the management of electric power enterprises and the acquisition of management benefits. There is a lot of room for development in this field.
