基于演化博弈的水泥装备制造企业信息共享研究
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization, China has become the manufacturing center of the world. With the arrival of the information age, information has become more and more important in the core competitiveness of enterprises, and the low information sharing of supply chain is still the bottleneck restricting the development of our manufacturing industry. It is difficult for enterprises to meet their own needs and adapt to the rapid changes in the environment. As an effective way to obtain information, information sharing has been paid more and more attention. At present, the research of information sharing in supply chain is mainly focused on the information sharing mechanism, the influencing factors of information sharing, and the research of information sharing decision. These studies focus on the study of information sharing from a static point of view, and few studies can explain the formation process of information sharing from a dynamic point of view. The cement equipment manufacturing enterprise belongs to the core manufacturing enterprise and is the leading manufacturing enterprise in the whole supply chain. It occupies a considerable proportion in the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in our country. This kind of enterprise has the characteristics of small product batch, large product size, variety of parts and components, complex product structure, long product design and manufacturing cycle, complex organization of production process, non-repetition of production process and low repeatability. Throughout the full text, this paper mainly from the following aspects of the cement equipment manufacturing enterprise information sharing research: (1) this paper based on the characteristics of cement equipment manufacturing enterprises, information, information sharing, Combing and reviewing the relevant theories of supply chain, combining with the characteristics and applicable scope of evolutionary game theory, An evolutionary game model of information sharing among supply chain members is constructed. (2) the effective amount of information sharing and absorptive capacity are found by solving the model. Synergy and positive and negative incentive mechanisms can promote the production of information sharing behavior of supply chain members, and the risk of information sharing plays a negative role in hindering the generation of information sharing behavior. (3) this paper proposes to establish a mechanism. To strengthen communication, to improve the absorption and sharing of appropriate information, to improve the factors affecting information sharing, to provide guidance for the information sharing behavior of member enterprises in the supply chain, and to achieve win-win situation.
