LM公司航空转包生产项目风险管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国装备制造业技术水平的不断迅猛发展,中国迅速成长为一个制造业大国,大量高新技术产品出口国外,为全世界的发展提供了强有力的全方位保障。众多航空制造企业也加快了与国际接轨的步伐,走出国门承接国际航空产品零部件的转包生产,参与全球航空转包市场竞争,积极融入世界航空产业链,融入区域发展经济圈,国际业务合作规模不断发展和壮大。面对日趋激烈的国际市场竞争和发展潜景,越是形势大好,航空制造企业在国际市场上遇到的风险也就越来越多。风险管理作为企业风险防范的重要手段,已经为世界各国的企业所广泛运用。如何认清形势,增强风险管理意识,提高国内航空制造企业自身抵御和防范风险的能力,做好风险管理及控制,已成为航空制造企业需要仔细考虑的问题。本论文针对LM公司(典型的国内航空产品制造企业)的国际业务航空转包生产现状进行分析,深入研究该公司航空转包生产项目风险类别和特征,找出其面临的风险,提出相应的对策,并借助风险规避相关理论,把航空转包生产项目中遇到的风险利用风险管理技术和方法,运用定性和定量等分析方法进行研究并评估,并对识别的各类风险应对措施进行总结。最终根据分析结果,希望能建立一套适合航空制造业企业在航空转包生产项目领域的风险管理机制和解决方案,从而确保公司经营管理的有效性、安全性,提高经营活动效果,同时可以为国内同行业企业的航空转包生产业务提供有益的参考借鉴和启示,对提高我国航空制造企业转包生产项目管理的效率和安全性起到积极的推动作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's equipment manufacturing technology, China has grown rapidly into a large manufacturing country, a large number of high-tech products exported to foreign countries, providing a strong overall guarantee for the development of the world. Many aviation manufacturing enterprises have also quickened the pace of international integration, went abroad to undertake the subcontracting production of international aviation product components, participated in the global aviation subcontracting market competition, actively integrated into the world aviation industry chain, and integrated into the regional development economic circle. The scale of international business cooperation continues to grow and grow. In the face of increasingly fierce international market competition and development potential, the better the situation, the more risks aviation manufacturing enterprises will encounter in the international market. As an important means of risk prevention, risk management has been widely used by enterprises all over the world. How to recognize the situation, enhance the awareness of risk management, improve the ability of domestic aviation manufacturing enterprises to resist and prevent risks, and do a good job of risk management and control, has become a matter of careful consideration for aviation manufacturing enterprises. This paper analyzes the status quo of LM Company (typical domestic aviation product manufacturing enterprise) international business aviation subcontract production, deeply studies the risk category and characteristics of the company's aviation subcontract production project, and finds out the risk it faces. Put forward the corresponding countermeasures, and with the help of risk aversion theory, use risk management techniques and methods in aviation subcontract production projects, use qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to study and evaluate. And to identify all kinds of risk countermeasures are summarized. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, we hope to establish a set of risk management mechanism and solutions suitable for aviation manufacturing enterprises in the field of aviation subcontract production projects, so as to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the company's management and improve the effectiveness of its business activities. At the same time, it can provide useful reference and inspiration for domestic aviation subcontracting production business of the same industry, and play a positive role in improving the efficiency and safety of subcontracting production project management of aviation manufacturing enterprises in our country.
