燃气分布式能源发电对电网企业的影响分析模型研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the power demand of our country continues to grow, the power industry discharge quantity control task is arduous, the gas distributed energy system as the high efficiency, the energy saving, the environmental protection comprehensive energy use way receives the more and more attention in our country. Reasonable planning of gas distributed energy capacity and location can form a good supplement to the traditional centralized power supply network, can realize the peak cutting and filling valley of the power network, and ease the shortage of power supply. In addition, China is rich in natural gas resources, with remarkable recent exploration results and rapid increase of natural gas reserves, which also provides an important guarantee for the development of gas distributed energy system. Reasonable trading mechanism and encouraging policy are the great power to promote the construction of gas distributed energy system, but at present, there is no financial and tax regulation on gas distributed energy system in our country. The existing gas distributed energy system is relatively simple to establish the transaction price of power generation grid, and lacks the balance of the power grid enterprises' interests. In view of the incomplete trading mechanism of the gas distributed energy system, this paper firstly summarizes the advanced technology and management situation at home and abroad, secondly, based on the existing power system of our country, it grasps the two main lines of technology and economy. The impact of gas distributed energy system on power grid enterprises is identified and measured. The effects of gas distributed energy system on the short circuit current, relay protection, network loss and voltage of distribution network are analyzed quantitatively based on the simulation results, and the power quality of distribution network is analyzed qualitatively. An adaptive particle swarm optimization (APSO) algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of location and capacity of gas distributed generation. Based on the analysis of network price, transmission and distribution price, reserve cost model and social value analysis of gas distributed energy system, the influence of gas distributed energy system on the income of power grid enterprises is calculated quantitatively. Finally, based on the above analysis, some policy suggestions on the development of gas distributed energy are put forward to protect the coordinated development of grid enterprises and gas distributed energy.
