泉林纸业秸秆供应物流中心选址规划

【摘要】:合理的原料供应物流中心选址对于企业挖掘原料资源、降低物流成本、保证生产进度和提高效益有着很大的作用。本文针对泉林集团的秸秆资源综合利用项目,在物流中心选址方法理论和对企业实地调研的基础上,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,对泉林纸业秸秆供应物流中心选址进行了规划。 秸秆资源潜力对秸秆供应的目标区域的选择影响很大。本文首先介绍了秸秆资源潜力的估算方法,分析了泉林集团周边的秸秆资源可收购潜力,并且确定将秸秆收购有效半径内的济宁市作为典型研究区域。然后通过对企业深入调研,针对泉林纸业“企业+合作社+千吨点”的特定秸秆收储模式,绘制了泉林纸业秸秆收储体系图,并对收储体系图做了细致地分析,为研究目标区域内物流中心选址打下了基础。 在物流中心选址过程中,将济宁市12个县区作为备选物流中心,分析了各备选物流中心的“自然条件”、“大面积土地可得性”、“大面积土地地理位置”、“交通便利性”、“对已有网点资源的利用”和“社会负效应”六个定性影响因素,建立了定性评价指标体系。然后运用粗糙集理论对决策表进行约简,运用群决策特征根法对约简后的评价指标进行重要性排序,并采用线性加权评价法得出了各定性因素的综合评价值。最后结合物流中心的建设、运营成本和配送成本等定量因素的相关数据,建立企业的物流中心决策模型,利用遗传算法求解,最终得出泉林纸业在济宁地区的最佳物流中心选址方案,即考虑运营年限为15年,在金乡县建20个千吨点,在鱼台县建30个千吨点,在嘉祥县和梁山县建40个千吨点,在汶上县和泗水县建60个千吨点,在市中区、任城区、微山县、曲阜市、兖州市和邹城市则不建物流中心。 本文的创新之处在于:针对泉林纸业“企业+合作社+千吨点”的特定秸秆收储模式,将一个行政县的合作社和下属的若干千吨点看做一个物流中心进行研究,并将千吨点的数量看做是物流中心的容量,因此,确定合作社的选址即确定了物流中心的选址,确定千吨点的数量即确定了物流中心的容量;此外,综合考虑了定性和定量因素,运用遗传算法成功求解决策模型,不仅确定了物流中心的选址,而且确定了每一个物流中心的容量。本研究不仅为泉林纸业秸秆供应物流中心选址问题提供了可行的解决方法,降低了企业物流成本,而且,有利于企业挖掘可收购秸秆资源潜力,保障了扩建和收储计划的实施,使泉林纸业能够顺利完成秸秆综合利用项目。因此说,本研究对泉林模式的推广起到积极的作用,并为我国发展循环经济提供了一定的推动力。
[Abstract]:Reasonable location of material supply logistics center plays an important role in mining raw material resources, reducing logistics cost, ensuring production schedule and improving efficiency. In view of the comprehensive utilization of straw resources in Quanlin Group, based on the theory of location selection of logistics center and the field investigation of enterprises, this paper adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The site selection of straws supply logistics center in Quanlin paper industry was planned. The potential of straw resource has a great influence on the selection of the target area of straw supply. This paper first introduces the estimation method of straw resource potential, analyzes the potential of straw resource acquisition around Quanlin Group, and determines Jining City, which is within the effective radius of straw acquisition, as a typical research area. Then, through the deep investigation of the enterprises, aiming at the special model of collecting and storing straw in Quanlin paper industry, the paper draws the system chart of collecting and storing straw of Quanlin paper industry, and makes a detailed analysis on the system chart of collecting and storing straw. It lays a foundation for studying the location of logistics center in the target area. In the process of location selection of logistics center, taking 12 counties and districts of Jining as alternative logistics center, this paper analyzes the "natural conditions", "land availability", "geographical location of large area land" and "traffic convenience" of each alternative logistics center. This paper establishes a qualitative evaluation index system based on the six qualitative influencing factors of "utilization of existing network resources" and "negative social effect". Then the rough set theory is used to reduce the decision table, and the method of group decision feature root is used to rank the importance of the reduced evaluation index, and the comprehensive evaluation value of each qualitative factor is obtained by using the linear weighted evaluation method. Finally, combining the relevant data of quantitative factors such as the construction of logistics center, operation cost and distribution cost, the decision model of logistics center is established, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. Finally, it was concluded that the best site selection plan for Quanlin Paper in Jining region was to consider the operation life of 15 years, 20 kilotons in Jinxiang County, 30 kiloton points in Yutai County, 40 kiloton points in Jiaxiang and Liangshan counties. In Wenshang County and Sishui County, 60 kilotons of points were built, while in the Central District, Rencheng District, Weishan County, Qufu City, Yanzhou City and Zoucheng City, no logistics center was built. The innovation of this paper lies in: in view of the specific straw collection and storage model of Quanlin paper industry "enterprise cooperative thousand ton point", the cooperative of an administrative county and several kilotons of subordinate points are regarded as a logistics center. The number of kiloton points is regarded as the capacity of the logistics center, therefore, the location of the cooperative is determined by the location of the logistics center, and the capacity of the logistics center is determined by determining the number of the kiloton points; in addition, The qualitative and quantitative factors are considered synthetically and the decision model is solved successfully by using genetic algorithm. Not only the location of logistics center is determined, but also the capacity of each logistics center is determined. This study not only provides a feasible solution to the problem of selecting the logistics center of straw supply in Quanlin paper industry, but also reduces the logistics cost of the enterprise, and it is beneficial for the enterprise to tap the potential of purchasing straw resources and to ensure the implementation of the expansion and storage plan. So that Quanlin Paper Industry can successfully complete the comprehensive utilization of straw project. Therefore, this study plays a positive role in the promotion of spring forest model and provides a certain impetus for the development of circular economy in China.
