JS公司“南京”生产线项目规划研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着经济不断的高速发展,中国烟草制订跻身“两个10多个”的战略目标,不断加大品牌整合力度,为重点骨干品牌的快速健康发展创造条件。技术进步的重要性得到突显,越来越多的烟草企业认识到实施技术改造的必要性、紧迫性,但是技术改造的成功与否直接和项目的规划设计密不可分。本文以JS公司新建“南京”品牌生产线技改项目规划为研究对象,运用现代项目设计管理的相关方法和工具对该项目的规划进行科学系统的研究和设计,结合规划要点,选择切实可行的设计实施方案；通过“有无”对比分析法、比较分析法,经济分析与评价以及社会影响分析与评价论证该项目规划的可行性、必要性,从而降低该技术改造项目在实施后可能给企业带来的风险,也为具体实施方案的设计提供支撑,确保实施方案的更加细致和完善。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, Chinese tobacco has established the strategic goal of "two more than 10", and has continuously increased the strength of brand integration to create conditions for the rapid and healthy development of key backbone brands. The importance of technological progress has been highlighted. More and more tobacco enterprises realize the necessity and urgency of implementing technological transformation, but the success of technological transformation is closely related to the planning and design of the project. This paper takes the project planning of the new "Nanjing" brand production line of JS Company as the research object, uses the relevant methods and tools of modern project design management to carry on the scientific system research and the design to the project planning, unifies the planning main points, The feasibility and necessity of the project planning are demonstrated through the comparative analysis, economic analysis and evaluation, as well as social impact analysis and evaluation. So it can reduce the risk that the project may bring to the enterprise after the implementation, and also provide the support for the design of the concrete implementation scheme, and ensure the implementation scheme more meticulous and perfect.
