长城汽车股份有限公司信息化规划研究

【摘要】:长城汽车股份有限公司是中国最大的SUV、皮卡汽车制造企业,是在香港H股和内地A股上市的大型民营汽车企业。下属控股子公司30余家,员工54000余人。据2012年业绩快报:长城汽车2012年净利润57.08亿元,营业收入431.6亿,截止到2012年底,公司总资产425.8亿,当前汽车行业增长缓慢,销量进入微增长阶段。但市场份额的竞争更加激烈,,竞争者数量众多,竞争对手提供的产品和服务大致相同,或只体现出不明显的差异。由于最近几年汽车企业内部运营成本激增,长城汽车在经营和管理上也面对这些不可回避的问题,迫使企业不得不需求更有效的企业运营管理模式。 通过信息化手段来提高客户的满意度和客户体验,同时在企业内部降低运营成本,开源节流,提升企业的营业利润是长城汽车目前采取的一项重要的管理举措。如何更好的进行信息化的建设,保证信息化的建设和企业的业务发展战略保持一致,对长城汽车来说意义重大。 本文首先对信息化规划的目的、意义和国内外企业信息化规划的常见方法进行了介绍,将企业的信息化规划过程分成四个重要的阶段:准备阶段,企业业务战略分析与规划阶段,信息系统战略规划阶段,信息系统实施规划阶段,并对各阶段要做的主要工作做了详细的阐述。本文重点分析和介绍了长城汽车信息化规划过程和方法,包括长城汽车对信息化现状的评估,长城汽车的信息化规划组织,信息化战略如何承载的企业业务战略都做了详细的阐述,并提出了一些长城汽车现在信息化规划和建设的建议。希望能在对长城汽车及其他汽车企业信息化建设有一定的参考作用。
[Abstract]:The Great Wall Motor Co., China's largest SUV, pickup truck manufacturer, is a large privately owned auto company listed in Hong Kong's H shares and mainland A shares. Subsidiary holding subsidiary more than 30, more than 54000 employees. The Great Wall's 2012 net profit was 5.708 billion yuan and revenue was 43.16 billion yuan. By the end of 2012, the company's total assets were 42.58 billion, and the auto industry is growing slowly and sales are growing slightly, according to KuaiBao. But competition for market share is more intense, with a large number of competitors offering roughly the same products and services, or showing little difference. Because of the sharp increase in internal operating cost of automobile enterprises in recent years, the Great Wall vehicles also face these unavoidable problems in operation and management, forcing enterprises to demand more effective operation and management mode. At the same time, it is an important management measure to improve customer satisfaction and customer experience, reduce operating cost, increase revenue and reduce expenditure, and enhance the operating profit of the Great Wall Automobile. How to better carry on the information construction, ensure the information construction and the enterprise business development strategy to keep consistent, for the Great Wall automobile is of great significance. This paper first introduces the purpose, significance and common methods of enterprise information planning at home and abroad, and divides the process of enterprise information planning into four important stages: preparation stage. The enterprise business strategy analysis and planning stage, the information system strategic planning stage, the information system implementation planning stage, and has made the detailed elaboration to each stage to do the main work. This paper focuses on the analysis and introduction of the Great Wall automobile information planning process and methods, including the Great Wall automobile information status quo evaluation, the Great Wall automobile information planning organization, How to carry the enterprise business strategy of information strategy is expounded in detail, and some suggestions of information planning and construction of the Great Wall automobile are put forward. Hope to be in the Great Wall automobile and other automobile enterprise information construction has certain reference function.
