哈尔滨变压器有限责任公司企业发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着改革开发的加深和加入WTO,中国已超过日本成为全球第二大经济体,中国的经济已成为世界经济的一个重要的组成部分。而近几年,美国的金融危机的爆发也严重影响到了世界经济市场。因此,世界各国企业都在积极想对策应对此次金融风暴。作为电力系统中主要设备之一的变压器行业近年来竞争非常激烈,,存在较大产能过剩现象。在这种条件下,企业只有研究自己的发展战略,提高企业的竞争力,才能在金融风暴和激烈的市场竞争中生存、发展、壮大。 本文通过对哈尔滨变压器有限责任公司内部环境的分析,包括生产能力、营销能力、财务状况、设备条件、技术水平、管理水平、员工素质的分析,也通过对公司外部环境的分析,包括对市场环境、行业竞争结构、市场需求、公司外部环境的优势劣势的重点分析,研究了外部环境、内部环境给企业带来的机遇和挑战,应用了PEST分析、迈克尔·波特提出的“五力分析模型”、SWOT分析等方法,提出了哈尔滨变压器有限责任公司目前应该实施的企业发展战略,即降低成本战略、纵向一体化战略和扩张战略。并且制定了企业具体的职能战略:人力资源战略、技术研发战略、生产战略、市场营销战略、组织结构战略及企业文化战略。最后对哈尔滨变压器有限责任公司的企业发展战略的实施与控制进行了详细的阐述。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and development and China's accession to WTO, China has surpassed Japan to become the second largest economy in the world, and China's economy has become an important part of the world economy. In recent years, the outbreak of the financial crisis in the United States has also seriously affected the world economic markets. Therefore, the world's enterprises are actively thinking of countermeasures to cope with the financial turmoil. As one of the main equipments in the power system, the transformer industry is very competitive in recent years, and there is a large overcapacity phenomenon. Under this condition, enterprises can survive, develop and strengthen in the financial storm and fierce market competition only by studying their own development strategy and improving their competitiveness. This paper analyzes the internal environment of Harbin Transformer Co., Ltd., including production capacity, marketing ability, financial condition, equipment condition, technical level, management level, staff quality, etc. Also through the analysis of the company's external environment, including the market environment, industry competition structure, market demand, the company's external environment strengths and weaknesses, the external environment, internal environment to bring opportunities and challenges to enterprises. By applying the methods of PEST analysis, Michael Porter's "five Forces Analysis Model" and SWOT analysis, the paper puts forward the enterprise development strategy that Harbin Transformer Co., Ltd. should implement at present, that is, the strategy of reducing cost. Vertical integration strategy and expansion strategy. And the specific function strategy of the enterprise is made: human resource strategy, technology research and development strategy, production strategy, marketing strategy, organization structure strategy and enterprise culture strategy. Finally, the implementation and control of the enterprise development strategy of Harbin Transformer Co., Ltd are described in detail.
