独贵塔拉工业园区发展战略研究

【摘要】:内蒙古自治区具有十分重要的战略地位,是我国北方重要的生态安全屏障,是国家重要的能源基地、新型化工基地、有色金属生产加工基地和绿色农畜产品生产加工基地,是我国向北开放的重要桥头堡,是团结繁荣文明稳定的民族自治区。鄂尔多斯市作为内蒙古自治区的重要经济增长极之一,其工业园区建设也经历了起步探索、全面开发、整体提升的过程。十多年来,鄂尔多斯市工业园区从无到有、从少到多,由小到大、由弱到强,取得显著成效,为全市经济社会发展做出了重要贡献。然而,在全国煤化工行业“基地化、大型化、集中化”的趋势下,以煤化工工业园区为主的化学工业园区如雨后春笋逐步兴建和发展。作为成立不到五年的独贵塔拉工业园区,如何充分发挥自己的竞争优势,避免恶性竞争、产业雷同、浪费资源等情况的出现?为此,本论文对独贵塔拉工业园区的发展战略问题进行研究。 本文结合实际,依据战略管理等工商管理理论知识来分析解决独贵塔拉工业园区发展战略问题。首先,论文分析了课题研究的背景和动机,研究的目的和意义,并对研究的思路进行了简述。然后,通过分析独贵塔拉工业园区的概况和发展现状,提出了发展困惑。接着,对园区的外部环境、内部环境进行了分析:从园区发展的经济环境、政治环境、社会环境和技术环境对园区发展的影响四个方面分析了园区发展所处的宏观环境;本论文的重点是收集和分析了内蒙古自治区煤化工工业园区的资料,并利用迈克尔·波特的五力模型分析了独贵塔拉工业园区所面临的竞争环境,并将独贵塔拉工业园区与主要竞争对手进行比较分析。从外部环境分析中可以看出,独贵塔拉工业园区的发展现面临难得的机遇,又面临着激烈的竞争环境。内部环境的分析主要从资源、能力着手分析了园区的优势和劣势,总结出独贵塔拉工业园区的比较优势。在此基础上,讨论和提出了独贵塔拉工业园区的总体战略和竞争战略。最后,论文讨论了园区实施战略可能采取的对策措施,从四个方面提出具体的战略实施的对策措施。
[Abstract]:The Inner Mongolia Autonomous region has a very important strategic position, is an important ecological security barrier in the north of China, is an important national energy base, a new chemical base, a non-ferrous metal production and processing base, and a green agricultural and livestock production and processing base. China is an important bridgehead open to the north, is a unity, prosperity, civilization and stability of the autonomous region. As one of the most important economic growth poles in Inner Mongolia, the construction of industrial park in Ordos city has experienced the process of initial exploration, comprehensive development and overall promotion. For more than ten years, Ordos Industrial Park has made great contribution to the economic and social development of the whole city, from little to more, from small to large, from weak to strong, and has achieved remarkable results. However, under the trend of "base, large scale and centralization" in the national coal chemical industry, chemical industrial parks, which mainly focus on coal chemical industrial parks, have been built and developed step by step. As the only Guitara Industrial Park less than five years old, how to give full play to its competitive advantage, avoid vicious competition, industry similarity, waste of resources and other situations? Therefore, this paper studies the development strategy of Dugui Tara Industrial Park. According to the theory of industrial and commercial management such as strategic management, this paper analyzes and solves the development strategy of Dugui Tara Industrial Park. Firstly, the paper analyzes the background and motivation of the research, the purpose and significance of the research, and gives a brief account of the research ideas. Then, by analyzing the general situation and development status of Dugui Tara Industrial Park, the author puts forward the development puzzlement. Then, the external environment and internal environment of the park are analyzed: the macro-environment of the park development is analyzed from four aspects: the economic environment, the political environment, the social environment and the technological environment; The focus of this paper is to collect and analyze the data of coal chemical industrial park in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, and to analyze the competitive environment faced by Dugui Tara Industrial Park by using Michael Porter's five-force model. And the Dugui Tara Industrial Park and the main competitors for comparative analysis. From the analysis of external environment, we can see that the development of Dugui Tara Industrial Park is faced with rare opportunities and fierce competition environment. The analysis of internal environment mainly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the park from the point of resource and ability, and summarizes the comparative advantage of the industrial park of Dugui Tara. On this basis, the overall strategy and competition strategy of Dugui Tara Industrial Park are discussed and put forward. Finally, the paper discusses the possible countermeasures of the park implementation strategy, and puts forward the specific countermeasures from four aspects.
