T企业信息化建设及管理改进研究

【摘要】:伴随着经济的发展和科技的进步,信息技术已经在我国各行各业得到不同程度的推广和应用,企业围绕战略目标,把信息化建设作为企业发展的内生要素,在信息技术与工业技术紧密结合的环境下,大力推进企业市场销售、计划安排、生产制造、采购管理和仓库管理的信息化管理水平,实现企业业务系统综合集成、业务流程优化以及发展模式创新,以优化资源配置、提高资源利用效率,形成可持续发展的企业竞争能力。 本文从T企业信息化建设入手,通过信息化先进的销售、计划、采购、生产和库存管理功能,构建T企业的最佳业务流程,改进企业基础管理。 通过信息流来协同各生产经营单位和部门的物流和资金流,合理配置企业资源,提高生产效率、降低成本、减少库存积压,提高T企业的核心竞争力和市场应变能力。改善企业对客户的服务水平和质量,提高客户对企业的满意度。 以确保订单交货期为基础、利润最大化为原则协助企业销售经营。以提高设备利用率为目标、完工时间为导向优化生产计划。实现物流、资金流、信息流三流合一,实现资源共享,加强各部门的计划、组织、领导和控制功能,实现企业管理由粗放向精细管理转变,推动管理决策的科学化,促进现代企业制度建设。 本人通过查阅文献资料、比较研究及信息化建设经验总结,针对T企业各业务模块进行需求分析,结合销售、计划、采购、库存管理等方面存在的问题,提出针对性的改进策略,对于企业转变信息化观念,更加深刻地理解和运用信息化来促进企业的管理提升,具有一定的指导意义和应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, information technology has been popularized and applied in various industries of our country to varying degrees. In the context of the close integration of information technology and industrial technology, we should vigorously promote the level of information management of enterprise marketing, planning, manufacturing, procurement management and warehouse management, and realize the integrated integration of enterprise business systems. Business process optimization and development model innovation to optimize the allocation of resources, improve the efficiency of resource utilization, and form a sustainable development of enterprise competitiveness. This paper starts with the information construction of T enterprise, through the advanced sales, planning, purchasing, production and inventory management functions of information technology, constructs the best business process of T enterprise, and improves the basic management of the enterprise. Through the information flow to cooperate with the logistics and capital flow of the production and management units and departments, the rational allocation of enterprise resources, improve production efficiency, reduce costs, reduce inventory backlog, improve the core competitiveness of T enterprises and the ability to adapt to the market. Improve the level and quality of customer service and customer satisfaction. To ensure the delivery of orders on the basis of the principle of maximum profit to assist enterprises in sales operations. To improve the utilization of equipment as the goal, completion time as a guide to optimize the production plan. To realize the integration of logistics, capital flow and information flow, to realize the sharing of resources, to strengthen the planning, organization, leadership and control functions of various departments, to realize the transformation of enterprise management from extensive to fine management, and to promote the scientific management decision. We will promote the building of a modern enterprise system. By consulting literature, comparing and summarizing the experience of information construction, I analyze the needs of each business module in T enterprise, combine with the problems in sales, planning, purchasing, inventory management, etc. It is of certain guiding significance and application value for enterprises to change the concept of informatization and to understand and use informatization to promote the management of enterprises.
